poor for price paidall room service orders incur a £7.50 tray charge! ridiculous. someone came into our room an hour and a half before check out, without knocking.

about the encorethis is a first class hotel. the decor the atmosphere and staff were excellent. I feel a special mention must be made about the staff especially the ones we had nicknames for 1st sam the beard 10 out of 10 for hard work and pleasent attitude 2nd marti [may] or as we said marti will, this man could not do enough to make our stay enjoyable a great worker 3rd claire [trainee]her first week in the job and nothing was to much for her a real asset to the bar area 4th rachel in the dining area what a happy cheerful person she is.even although the staff worked long hard hours nothing was to much for then. Thanks for a great time.

bbbBasic hotel, like Holiday Inn Express or Travelodge. I think it's overpriced for what it is. Had a lumpy pillow and they said there was no alternative when I rang down to reception. Pleasant staff and all perfectly clean and tidy.

Excellent location and staff very helpfulEasy to find, good proximity to shops and bars. Staff at reception where very helpful when we had a few questions about directions to places, even printed us out a map! Would recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Very good Value for moneyNew hotel in an area currently being developed but no noise pollution to speak of. Room was excellent with walk in wetroom shower and everything you need. Buffet continental breakfast was sufficient, and staff very helpful.

No air con no fans window opens an inch. Night club over road v load till 3am v little sleep for me.

Ramada Encore BelfastHaving stayed at the Ramada in the outskirts of Belfast 3 months prior to this visit I wanted somewhere similar in the centre. I was not disappointed with the quality of the hotel - being brand new everything was spotless. Bedrooms well appointed only downer being that ambient temperatures were in the high twenties during the day and with no air conditioning it was very sticky at night.Great place to stay for visiting Belfast and enjoyed the fact that the hotel was very central.Parking was not an issue with the multistorey being next door and the cost of overnight parking included in the hotel price. Be aware that there is a 2.1m head limit.

My stay in Ramada EncoreI have one complaint about my stay. The walls must have been paper thin as i could hear the next rooms conversation all night. I could not sleep and when i did sleep i was wakened by the noise of the couple next door having sex. The level of sound proofing is non existent in the walls. This unfortunately ruined my stay in the hotel. I have to say however that eveything else was excellent and the staff were very friendly.

HOT HOT HOT!!Myself and my Boyfirend stayed in the Ramada encore in Belfast City Centre. Upon arrival we were greeted with smiles and a happy receptionist. We were quickly booked in and founf the room to be very clean with nice decor. It was modern and all round a great hotel. The only problem was the windows didn't open and our room was scorching!!! so much so that I couldn't sleep the whole night! we had tiny vents in the windows which did not make any difference. It would have been an excellent stay had it not been for this. It was too late to request another room as we came in late after being out, but the heat was very bad!Apart from this it would have been an all round excellent stay in a great location.

New and handy to everythingWe were very happy with our experience at the The Ramada Encore. It was in a great location - really close to everything with lots of quaint pubs and restaurants nearby. The town centre is only a few minutes walk and a free carpark located just behind the hotel. You have your parking card validated at the reception desk and because the car park is so new there were always lots of spots available. The only issue I had was I was unable to connect to the internet in the room, but I didn't ask the staff about it, so didn't give them the opportunity to fix it, but did use the wifi in the bar area.The staff were friendly and helpful. It fronts onto a busy road - but no noise to bother us. I would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel in convenient locationMy boyfriend and I only lodged one night at the Ramada Encore but thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is obviously brand, spanking new with that gorgeous 'just fitted carpet' smell permeating the hallways. The room wasn't enormous but adequate, with a leather sofa, plasma tv etc. and a very comfortable bed.The staff were bright, cheery, and very welcoming - without being false or annoying. Finally - location - right in the midst of the trendy Cathedral Quarter- the place to be for bars and restaurants. Very pleased and would definitely stay again.

noice from other people going to rooms was loud at 1am 2am and 3am and my veiw from my room was a brick wall and a pair of used underpants on the ground below my window
