Rooms are small, but very clean and comfortable. Refrigerator and microwave available at no extra cost. Outdoor seating. Mangers and other guests always friendy.

The cost and the accommodations were exactly what I wanted/expected. Less than perfectly clean. While this motel was not perfect in appearance, it exactly met my expectations for an inexpensive older motel. I simply needed a place to rest and clean up during a weekend of sightseeing in Wisconsin. The beds were comfortable, the showers were hot, and the location was excellent. The staff was very friendly, and I would stay there again in the future.

Good hot water system. Needs refreshing even for a 1 star. Room needs new curtains, carpet etc. Bathroom need tile replacement and new grout. Floors need to be cleaned thoroughly. All doors need to be replaced. Motel looks ok from the road but must have many new things to be a good.

The beds were okay. Needs major work, very run down. This rooms need to be painted and updated. The carpeting is over 25 years old and seems it hasn't been painted in 30 years. Needs a major renovation. The bathroom needs to updated. This place needs major overhaul.

Fridge. Moldy shower. Window was stuck open andhad to get maintenance to fix, very moldy shower, cracks and water stained walls, stained pillow cases, place could be ok if cleaned up and a little minor repairs.
