Small cosy property. Services include: Airport transfers at a fee, Guest laundry, Kayak and snorkeling gear rental, Rooftop BBQ. Various island tours and activities can be arranged by the hotel (charges payable directly to tour). MP0908 Small boutique property with 4 apartments. 3 storey complex with view of the lagoon and mountains from the rooftop sundeck. Located in the village of Titikaveka right across the road from the best beach with excellent swimming and snorkeling. Fruits of Rarotonga is about 2 minutes walk away with a little grocery store in between. The international airport is about half an hour drive.

What are your breakfast options?: There is Maire Garden Cafe about 5 minutes' walk away for breakfast, Pawpaw Patch Restaurant about 7 minutes' walk away is also open for breakfast, and Fruits of Rarotonga about 2 minutes' walk away sometimes open from 10:00am for breakfast. There are a few more in Muri area which is about a 3 to 5-minute drive away and prices range from NZ$5 up.
What transport is available to get around?: The Cooks bus is the best way to get around and stops right by the property. Otherwise clients can hire a scooter or vehicle from Island Car & Bike Hire or Budget or Avis.
What can I do nearby?: Coconut Tours is in Muri which is about 3 to 5 minutes' drive away. Te Vara Nui Cultural Entertainment is also in Muri. Other places to visit are Fruits of Rarotonga which is 2 minutes' walk away, Koka Lagoon Cruises in Muri,
Captain Tama's Lagoon Cruise also in Muri. Most of triathlons are held close by and we are right across the longest marine reserve with an excellent lagoon for swimming and snorkeling.
