From either direction on the North Circular Road turn off at the junction signposted for Muswell Hill on the B550 - Colney Hatch Lane. Follow for 1 mile until it merges with the roundabout at Muswell Hill Broadway. Take the last exit off the roundabout Queens Avenue. The Hotel is 75 yards along on the right hand side.

| The Reception area and Flutes Restaurant were very modern, but I felt the stairs and corridors to the rooms seemed shabby, the room itself was a good size with a very large and comfortable bed, the kettle in the room didn't work though. Breakfast was excellent, only stayed for one night but would stay again and would recommend. Location was excellent for the Alexandra Palace. |
