The Rafaelhoteles Madrid Norte Hotel is located on Alcobendas, in one of the most renowned business areas in the north of Madrid. Situated on the grounds of the Parque Empresarial business park, it is equally close to the hotel are the Centro Comercial Plaza Norte shopping centre and the Centro de Ocio Diversia amusement park.

Guests will also find links to the public transport network, the underground, and a railway station within a 1.5 km radius of the hotel. Madrid city centre, with its famous sights such as the Royal Palace, the Puerta del Sol, the Thyssen Bornemisza Museum, and the Queen Sofia Museum, lies approximately 20 km away. The hotel is located directly by exit 17 of the A1 motorway. From the direction of the airport, turn towards the right, onto the Camino del Cuartel. Follow the M13 for approximately 2.8 km, then some 6.6 km on the M12, before taking exit 17 in the direction of Alcobendas and San Sebastian de los Reyes.
