Location is good.Pool was clean. The hotel looks a bit tired. Picture missing off the wall. Tiles broken on side of the bath. Lots of noise from hallway.Only stay if you get a good price or like to party then the noise wont worry you

Dirty hotel... it's too dark and smelly.. yeah for the location is quite good near to shopping center .. need improvement.. Bad breakfast

A nice hotel, suitable for its price. The location is great near the Arabian street where you can take a walk in,or dine. There is a store very near that sells stuff like those in China Town. There is a tour guide that can arrange some tours for you. But the food was not so good.

The hotel location is ok, but the room itself was really disappointing, very old and simple furnitures, more than 5 years old towels which looked really dirty. every evening, hundreds of tourist group members gathered in the lobby for check in or check out, very noisy. really not worth it's price especially in the economic recession timing!

Not BadThis hotel is pretty much as expected. Adequate service, clean but dated rooms - but fair value overall. The pool was very good and the breakfast was also quite good. Very good location for shopping, eating and drinking.

Good location near Bukit Bintang area.Room with no air freshner that I need to purchase one.Bedding cover look very old and unhygience.Need to replace once.Swimming pool with no lifeguard that you and your family need to be extra careful.
