Stayed in a premier room that was allegedly recently refurbished, but it was pretty beat up. Cracked sink, chipped paint, scratches in furniture. A mix up on check in where some one else's fruit basket had been delivered to the room we were given. We called and the concierge snapped at us as if it was our fault. Practically accused us of eating some of the fruit - hmmm, looks like a lot less in here now! When we got the car back from valet parking both seats had been adjusted and it was part way through a CD - we'd been listening to the radio on our way in. I wouldn't stay again. Oh, and this website says there is a pool - there isn't.

With superb customer service, clean & spacious room, I'll recommend this hotel to all my friends... The only downside was that neither the free city tram nor the tourist free shuttle bus were working during our 3 days stayed in the hotel, so it took us bit of walk from the hotel to the crown casino... But the hotel is only few minutes walk from the queen victoria market & melbourne central, so it's not too bad...

The check in staff were exceptionally cheerful and extremely helpful with any queries or requests that I had during my stay. The restaurant was well organised and the food superb. The concierge was very diligent in all there duties. A special thanks to Katie, Dee and Katie(2) at the front desk for making my stay an enjoyable one indeed! Thank you.

Even though the rooms were a little on the small size we had a very enjoyable stay with the staff very friendly. Handy location being just on the fringe of the CBD heart and overlooking the park. Would certainly stay again.

Very friendly and more than helpful staff--nothing is too much trouble! Only a short walk to Melbourne Centre and tram stop close by as is the free Tourist Bus which stops only a couple of hundred metres from the hotel.Buffet breakfast is good value. My wife and I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel . We will be staying at Radisson on Flagstaff each and every time we visit Melbourne !!

My room was not ready on arrival so had to wait an hour and was upgraded to business class with no hassle. The hotel is close to tram stop for the CBD and nicely situated opposite beautiful Flagstaff gardens and very close to railway station. I would reccommend the hotel have stayed 3 times now and staff are always very friendly and helpful.

Quite impressed with the hotel staff and their service. Location of the hotel was very good although, we weren't told that the closest train station was closed on weekends. Otherwise, would definitely stay here again.

We were very happy with Radisson on Flagstaff, the location was great and being right near the Vic Markets was ideal and only a short walk to the main shopping area. The staff were very helpful and friendly and we will be returning next time in Melb for sure.

Got a complimentary upgrade to "business class" floor. Hotel amenities and services are very good, only major drawback is the location is away from the retail and nightlife core of the city. This can mean some rather lengthy walks to get to the Bourke/Swanston and Elizabeth Street areas. The rooftop spa pool has a great view of the new Docklands development.

This hotel was our last destination on our honeymoon and we would have to say the service that we received was above all expectations. From the time we stepped on the footpath from our taxi till the time we stepped back in after a two night stay we were very impressed. We spent time in Queensland and each of our stays they were aware that we were on our honeymoon and the Radisson certainly made us feel very speciall with a congratulations card and sparkling wine on arrival.Thankyou all very much.We will be back!!!!!

Lovely hotel and staff could not have been more helpful. Location more useful for business than for sightseeing although free City Circle tram stop very close (only runs to 6pm) Looking for restaurant means longish walk or taxi if not prepared to eat in. Great room overlooking park and well soundproofed against vehicle noise. Despite location would stop there again.

Good value hotel and though located a few blocks away from the city centre this is compensated by being right on the free tram route. Will stay there again.

This hotel was in a great position to the markets and the casino and festival hall with only 2 to 10 minute walking to them all. They upgraded us on our arrival and the rooms and design and layout of the whole hotel and its rooms were absolutely great. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends and all at hotelscombined.com. I will be staying again and will look at the other Radisson hotels when in other states and overseas. Thank you for a great hotel!
