The fire alarms went off at 6:15 am the first morning. Luckily it was a false alarm. Otherwise the rooms were clean and good size. Sleep number beds.

Fantastic location on the University of Minnesota campus. They charge you $9/day for parking. A very nice option if you are needing to visit the University of Minnesota. It is also a 5 minute drive to Downtown Minneapolis.

Stayed there for two nights. I had no issues with staff, food, or services. The room had a little dust in places, but they were not normally where you'd look. The bed I had was a sleep number. I don't like them that's why a poorer review of the bed. I find them too hard and not adjustable to my liking, but that is just me. The University Lounge that is in the hotel had awesome service and a great, but limited menu. Hotel has easy accest to both the downtown city areas of both Minneapolis and St. Paul. Easy parking off the back of the hotel for your car, just remember to get the parking permit. Lots of activity in the area and numerous little restuarants right outside the main door way. Plenty within a few minutes walk. I highly reccomend this hotel and will stay there again.

The Radison was very welcoming and comfortable. The room was very clean and the sleep number bed was very comfortable. We knew there was no pool for our 4 year old but we did alot of walking and there is a area he could run around and look at the waterfall very close by. The variety of places to eat was abundant and everything from sit down to take out available.

Shuttle drivers where very friendly and helpful, drove us to class everyday. Did not have safety bars in bath tubs, tub had a high side. Friendly staff, clean large rooms, sleep number beds where great.

if you want to be treated like a second class citizen this is the hotel for you! the staff is so good at what they do that they don't care about customer service or being attentive to the needs of their guests. make sure you check out the lounge area and in 5 to 7 business days you may get some service. overall this is the worst experience of my life and i wish no one to have to put up with the arrogance and overall stupidity that i dealt with. its not even in a fun area of the cities.

The Radison, Minneapolis had a very helpful staff that made it possible to get to all our sightseeing destinations. They provided shuttle service, bus maps, train schedules- and great hot cider on frosty days! The hotel is on the edge of the University of Minnesota campus, so convenient for activities on campus. Two restaurants are connected to the hotel and half a dozen are on the same block.

This hotel was right in the middle of all the action. The location was wonderful however, the room left a little to be desired. The window's in the room were covered with ice inside and the window ledge had so much water from the condensation that the water dripped off the ledge onto my bag that I had placed by the chair. When we left our room in the morning I left the curtains open in hopes that the cleaning staff would notice and clean the water and mildew off the ledge but that didn't happen. They simply closed the curtains instead. As a matter of fact, they didn't even clean the rest of the room very well. I was nervous about leaving all my valuables (there was no safe in the room) because the housekeeping staff was so anxious to get into our room that they knocked on the door as we were preparing to leave and when we told them we would be going out for the day soon so they stood at the door waiting for us. We felt very rushed to leave. We returned to our room exhausted and our room key didn't work. I had to go all the way back downstairs and get new keys. If you like sleep number beds then you are in luck. I learned that I DO NOT like sleep number beds.

Great access to University community. Not a lot of selection from Applebee's for breakfast and not enough wait staff. Very nice atmosphere and appreciated the fine linens and the comfort of the beds. Good pillows too!

This hotel was in the best possible place for me, since I went to Minneapolis to see my father, who is in a nursing home. The radisson was welcoming - the hot apple cider was nice because the temperture was around 14 degrees F. The cider could use some cloves and cinnamon sticks, however. The room was nice. I think the bill was reasonable - although I haven't checked my credit card, yet. Good quality for your dollar!

Clean, nice room, free internet convenient to restaurant. Parking is extra. Very nice hotel on-campus. Why not just include parking in the price of the hotel?

Wewere attending a carshowand hada5th wheel car hauler trailer that we need to park....The hotel staff were very accomdating and took action to immediately provide the needed spot. The hotel is very up scale and right on the Univeristy campus....Great location for parents of students. The Applebees resaurantwas okay.

Location. No business center. How a Radisson can operate without a business center is shocking and very inconvenient. Location of hotel was good and room was clean. Select Comfort mattress was the worst I have ever slept on. I cannot recommend this hotel.

Clean rooms optional use of UM athletics facilities. Pay extra for parking. Very nice, helpful staff, quiet, love that we could use the facilities at Univ, of Minn. great access to interstate and restaurants.

The staff, the comfort, the location outstanding for us! Food options were limited. We were there for Christmas. I was there with my 8 year old and she enjoyed our place except the sleep member bed that was stated in the hotel info was not in that specific room. She had a hard time with this; I thought the beds were great anyway.

Staff was very friendly, sleep number bed was great. The bottom of the tub was plastic and flexed while we showered. It was very uncomfortable, almost to the point of Nausea. This definitely needs to be. Very good hotel. Great staff. Fix the tub bottoms.

I liked the sleep number bed and the sumptuous bedding. The room was small. This hotel is conveniently located on the UMN Campus and is connected to Applebee's restaurant. The bedding is beautiful and the sleep number bed makes for a restful night. This was an excellent value the money.
