The rooms were absolutely excellent. The suites were luxurious, comfortable, and spacious. We highly recommend the location to anyone we know staying in the area. We were very close to our family and all the amenities in the area. I will definitely try to stay at this Hotel again in the future.

Amazingly modern artsy decor and open airy feel. Hardwood floors and high ceilings feel give the rooms a loft like feel. Tiny restaurant. Understaffed. The Hotel Indigo is a unique and pleasant departure from the typical 3 star hotel. It features beautiful interior styling and the feel of home away from home.

Our stay at this hotel was great. We were near the freeway but never heard the traffic. There was a gas station, minimart, and resturants nearby The room was very, very nice. The bed room was very spacious, big bed, shower very nice. TV and sleeper in seperate room nice touch. We will stay here again when in town.

I stayed for two night in July. The floorplan for the room is fine. But it was not very clean. I found something gooie stuck to the wall next to the sink and lots of dust near the mirror in the bedroom. I will not stay in this hotel again since I have kids traveling with us.

We only stayed overnight but were very comfortable and any request we made such as late checkout, extra towels were not a problem. We left a briefcase behind with very important papers and we're very relieved to get it back with everything intact. The hotel was very clean and even though renovations were being made on the grounds, we weren't inconvenienced and we didn't hear any noise. We would stay here again. We were attending a funeral at Forest Lawn and this location was only 1 exit away. Lots of restaurants close by.

The rooms are confi with sleep numbers beds. But the entry gates and hallways from the sides of the hotel are quite dark in the evening. Lights should be turned on a bit earlier to compensate for the onset of darkness. The entry ways should, at least, be a bright picture for your stay, and not a gloomy atmosphere because of darkness.

I found the rooms to be very nice, clean, with the in-room free wireless a nice bonus. My main complaint is the lack of sound-proofing...heard every word of the fellow's conversation below while he was standing on his outside rear balcony on his cellphone, and heard the couple below fussing with the ""magic bed"" controls for at least a half-hour...(the king bed had dual controls to adjust the firmness of the mattress, and it sounds like a vacuum cleaner). However, I plan to go again for the value, convenience, and the other comforts the suites have. Just am bringing earplugs next time!

Radisson Suites is an OK choice but very difficult to reach, coming off the free-way. One realy needs to get specific directions in advance. Not much sound-deadening insulation present in the room walls. You may be 'entertained' by next door guests. Restaurant is 'pricey' and not a lot of alternative choices close by. Breakfast was the best food option: free 'continental' breakfast, $4.95 extra for full, hot breakfast but worth it. Access to rooms from parking lots in rear areas a little dark and forbidding at night. (And what is with all the storage containers scattered throughout most of the parking areas). Don't rely on directional help from front desk staff. If they can't pull directions up on a computer, they won't know anything.

The hotel staff went above and beyond. Air conditioning did not work. Older hotel in good location. Well kept. Friendly and attentive staff.

The hotel is undergoing a huge renovation & we were lucky enough to have one of the newly renovated rooms! The room was amazing & a great value. Although we were 32 miles from Universal Studios (took 2 hours to get there) it is right off one of the major east west highways so there is convenient access into LA & the attractions. There is nothing at the exit for visitors, so plan accordingly. The breakfast room was great and the food more than ample to start your day. The staff at the front desk weren't the most attentive to your needs, but the place makes up for it.

I had stayed here when it was Embassy Suites and was very pleased with the stay. As a Radisson this time, my room had an odor. My 2 yr old's bare feet got dirty while walking around INSIDE the room. The elevator near our room kept breaking down, leaving me to hand carry everything for a family of four down the stairs and out to the car, instead of using the bell cart.

The Raddisson Hotel in West Covina is my choice of places to stay whenever I'm there. I really like the fact that the room is spacious and more like a small apartment. Very comfortable. The breakfast is always delicious and one of the main reasons I choose this Raddisson. Renovations were in progress and it would have been nice to know the best routes to take on the property to avoid these areas. Be aware of the phone charges as they were different from what I read and thought that I would be paying. Overall, the stay was very good and the property is very beautiful and inviting. Hotel is right off the interstate.

The hotel was nicely decorated and the Sleep Number bed was great for my husband and me. Not much. The hotel exceeded my expectations. The Sleep Number bed was fantastic, as my husband and I realized we have completely different preferences. The staff was professional and friendly, everything was clean, the pool was heated, the jacuzzi felt great, parking was free and plentiful. The downsides were: the distance to LA/LAX/Pasadena where I needed to be, I was awoken early one morning by a truck loading an enormous storage container outside my room, and I could hear the interstate a little from the bedroom. Overall, I loved my stay there!

Not a great location if you are doing LA/Hollywood. We went to Universal (32 miles) & it took us almost 2 hours to get there. The renovated rooms are beautiful & very luxurious. If you are doing San Bernadino or Orange County, it is a great hotel & a great deal. If doing LA, pay a bit more for something closer.

We were extremely pleased with this hotel. The king sized bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in (pillows too). Wonderful breakfast, made to order. Friendly and helpful staff, quiet room. We will definitely stay here again.

The Radisson in Covina, CA was an excellent choice for the money. Very spacious room with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dining area, living area, and seperate bedroom area. Very clean, nice comfortable beds and pillow. Free continental breakfast was nicely displayed. Nice central location to lots of hot spots - we visited Laguna Beach, Disney, Irvine shopping area. Staff were friendly and helpful both on phone prior to stay as well as during our stay.

Refrigerator, microwave and separate sink/bar area in room. ACwas not working one day. Right off highway, very convenient access although it's so close that you can hear the traffic faintly through the thick sliding glass doors of the room, but no biggie if you're used to urban environments. The central AC stopped working one day, apparently the chiller serving the hotel had a problem so a lot of guests (like us) kept our doors open to catch some cooler outdoor breezes until they fixed it. Very uncrowded, they had a lot of rooms unused so the pool was almost entirely ours for the 2 days that we stayed there. The pool temperature was so warm that our kids said it was almost too warm and could have been 5-10 degrees cooler. No free breakfast, which we always look for when traveling, but we bought groceries at the local Albertson's (grocery chain) kept food in the fridge and used the microwave to warm stuff when needed.

Recent renovations at this hotel have made it even more enjoyable! The flat screen tv opens up the living room, and the removal of the bar area gives the dining area a great deal of space! The pool and hot tub are phenomenal. The breakfast is a great value and tasty!
