Ran out of kleenex, no cooked to order food, so the same types of food were served for breakfast. Limited TV channels to watch: very boring options. Would probably not stay here again.

Great hotel. Great staff. Clean hotel. Will stay here again! The diner food was too over priced! The free breakfast buffet was way better then that! Don't waist your money.

Came for a vacation with 16 yr. old son. We had a wonderful time. Hotel was convenient to a lot of different things. Staff was friendly. Was so sad to go I cried the day we left. The best week I've ever stayed anywhere.

walked to knotts berry farm, free shuttle to disneyland. breakfast was decent for a free meal. Service at the front desk was awesome and very helpful with our constant barrage of questions.

Nice garden area and nice sized room. Spa was broken, pool was too cold, and bathroom wasn't clean in our room. This place was great at one point, but has clearly seen some heavy mileage. The rooms are big, the flat screen TVs are nice. The sliding bathroom door is a nice touch, except the maid didn't think to clean the back side of the sliding door, it was filthy. Breakfast was good. The value was good.

We spent a week here and were pleased with the service. It is located minutes from Disneyland and across the street from Knotts. The hotel staff were very helpful and kind. We had an enjoyable stay and would stay again.

Very good location, big rooms, excellent free breakfast. Room smelled a little musty and there weren't that many channels, but other than that it is a nice hotel and i would recommend it.

This is an excellent hotel for any of your traveling needs. My family and I stayed there for a soccer tournament. We travel alot. The rooms were very spacious. I was traveling with our 3 teenagers and my husband. The pool excellent. We had great family time and the breakfast buffet satisfied all of our wants. The price was great, especially with a family of 5. Not a dull moment. We BBQ out in the courtyard by our room. Yes they have BBQ grills. Too bad not all hotels are like this one!

Room was much larger than expected. Seperate bedroom/sitting are convenient for travelling with kids. Hot water + all working facilities. Wi-Fi is a fantasy. Had to borrow a cable from the front desk for internet access for which they charged and then refunded $8. Room faced the pool, but no noise problem even though an entire high school basketball tournament seemd to be staying at the hotel. Walking distance and/or free shuttle to Knott's Berry Farm.

Called ahead to confirm specifics of room. Was transfered to reservation line. Was told they wouldn't confirm anything, "hope for the best at check in" Things looked up upon arrival. Pleasant staff, nice room, exactly what we wanted. Breakfast was okay at best. Fitness center only had 2 working machines and not the cleanest area. Peaceful atrium and pool area. Some areas still under construction. Great location. Tourist attractions and local scene too.

Love the suite style rooms. Staff was great! The rug was bunched and smelled poorly. The rest of the room was remodeled. It was nicely designed, kind of tropical. We had a nice room and the location was perfect.

We stayed overnight at the Radisson so that my son and his cousin could go to Knott's Scary Farm that night. The hotel is an easy walk from Knott's Berry Farm. Buena Park gets very crowded and noisy during the Halloween season due to Knott's activities, but we could not have been more relaxed, having no inkling of the noise that was going on outside the hotel. The hotel was very clean, well appointed and attractive, the surroundings very lush and beautiful. It was the perfect place to stay. Only negative was that the temp of the pool was pretty cold and the hot tub dirty after so many kids had played in it earlier that day. We would definitely return though!

It was within walking distance to Knots Berry farm. Sleep number bed was hard to get used to. This Hotel was awesome! My family truly enjoyed everything about it. The buffet in the morning and the service was great! I will surely recommend this hotel to my friends! The courtyard pool was the best part for my children and me!

When we arrived, I have to admit when I walked into the room man, it had a strong odor like mildrew, it could knock you out, so I request another room it had the same smell so I had no choice to stay in this hotel, i'm new in california so I had to suffer and deal with the smell. I did complain about the smell but hey those workers are use to the smell I quess. But besides the inside of the smelly room. My kids injoined the swimming/ the garden view/ but the food was hmmm awful. But all in all we had a great time in Disneyland, but this place wasn't what I thought it would be. I will try abit more in the higher end in hotels.

We brought our 2 grandkids with us to stay in this hotel. The suite was a great idea! We had a 2 room suite with a kitchenette, sofa bed and table and chairs in the front room. In the second room there was a nice bathroom and a very nice room with 2 comfortable beds. Both rooms had a nice flat screen t.v. The bedroom had a sliding door that I was able to open for fresh air. The breakfast was very good with hot and cold items, juice, milk and coffee and tea. This is well worth the money. We were able to walk from Knott's Berry Farm and took the hotel shuttle there in the morning. There are plenty of eating places in the area, both fast food and sit down style. We would stay here again with or without kids with us. The pool area is very nice although we did not have time to use it! The kids with us loved staying in this hotel (we did too!).
