The hotel was first class, but request a room on the side of the hotel not facing The Press Bar. It was very noisy until 2 a.m. We also thought that fresh cut fruit would be a nice addition to the $8 breakfast buffet. Kudos to the wait staff who were very personable.

The desk clerks were extremely friendly and helpful. I would have liked to had a clock on the wall in the main room of the suite. Employees went out of their way to offer assistance and were always cheerful. The rooms were very nice, we loved having the bedroom separated with a door to give more privacy.

The staff was excellent and room services was great. The room was small and the bed was so uncomfortable, had two bad nights sleep on it. The location of the hotel is downtown and lots of noise from the local bars around... I would not stay at again....

The hotel was very clean. Desk staff polite and helpful. (We had left our parking ramp ticket in the car and he gave us another one, so we didn't have to go out and retrieve it to get it validated.) The parking ramp was slightly inconvenient and confusing -- needed better signage. Chose the hotel to try out a sleep number bed and found it, and the rest of the room to be a good experience.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The smell of the room. I would recommend this hotel as the amenities were satisfactory but the staff was great!

Breakfast buffet voucher was pleasant surprise. Excellent food with wide variety! Door key card to our room was difficult - took several try to get door open each time. We were very pleased with our stay - bed and couch were comfy. Breakfast buffet voucher was pleasant surprise. Excellent food with wide variety! And it was REAL FOOD not just bagels and donuts like so many hotels are calling free breakfast these days!
