Not worth the monoes charged in comparison togood hotels, wireless service was all but non existent.. The wireless service was ridiculous. And there was no one there that would undertake the service and or repair. Unable to perform work on computer for two days stay there as the wireless continuously dropped off. Never stay there again nor recommend it either. They also stated that the dinning room was closed on night, so I had to go out, upon my return I found that the dining room was infarct open and that the party for the group was in a private room. They had no clue what was going on there! Absurd!

Room was very dirty. In the morning I wore socks to take a shower. They should be ashamed. They wrote and said they would refund the entire room but never got it and going on four weeks.

We stay at this hotel every year for a convention. The first couple of years, we couldn't have been happier, but not this year! The room is large - a two room suite with a dorm-size fridge and microwave. The bathroom was dirty and moldy. The tile and tub were covered in soap scum. While I was in the tub, I glanced over at the toilet, and saw that the bowl was black under the rim!! YUCK! The front desk staff insisted that there was a guest laundry facility on the second floor. We walked the entire 2nd floor twice before finding out that the laundry room is actually on the third floor. During our stay, our electronic room key cards stopped working. The front desk staff was rude and insisted that we must have had the key in proximity to our cell phone. They replaced the keys without checking ID. Several other attendees had the same experience. On the first day of the convention, as I walked through the hall, I noticed a group who had just checked in, and entered their room, only to find that it was already occupied! The lax security made me feel concerned about leaving my laptop in the room. I didn't feel very safe here. The meeting areas were okay - the rooms were a little on the small side. The biggest complaint is that there are no trash cans anywhere!! The restaraunt was awful. The hotel marquee advertises "Free hot buffet incluced in all room rates", but they were charging 5 for breakfast. Paid up front, prior to seating. The food was fair, the bananas were brown, and the glasses were dirty and greasy. Cracker Barrel is down the street - great breakfast!

Free wireless internet, included breakfast, good food, cleanliness, nice bed and bedding and suite layout. Great place to take a family. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean, large pool big enough for lap swimming.

Free high speed internet. Room not equipped as it should have been. Pleasant staff. Room was missing a few standard things for some reason. It wasn't cleaned the second day I was there.

When we arrived, the front desk clerk was no where to be found and the bar tender wasn't much help. The room looked great when we arrived....the bed was great. After we had been walking around for a while in white socks or bare feet they were black. It seemed like the carpet had never been cleaned. Then I noticed holes in the sheets (not a huge deal) but it was rated as a 3-star hotel. We also noticed that the detail cleaning just wasn't there.....when you opened the closet and looked in the down in the door track it was disgusting and we found some kind of pill in there. We traveled with a toddler......we found that very careless. I could go on and on but I think you get the point. The room service was good.

Large room, conveniently located, free breakfast & internet. Dirty room, terrible pillow, very Old Bathrooms. Large comfortable room that are in desperate need of a really good cleaning and a bathroom remodel.

Safe location, great room, and very clean. Front desk staff short and sometimes rude. Room phone did not work for local calls. We are going to stay there again and called the hotel; front desk staff still rude over the phone.

Nice bedding The hotel staff was really nice, but the food was not good and the room had not been thoroughly cleaned. (I found a bug on the floor and hair in the shower.) I was also unable to regulate the temperature.

Not a 3 1/2 star hotel. Rooms were nice; bathroom was moldy, old, dirty, as was fridge. Staff friendly but unresponsive till last day of stay.Pool Ok, ""Spa"" was at end of pool, same water temp and little jet action

The select comfort beds and suite style rooms. No freebreakfast. I was surprised by the over all quality of the motel since it was a Radisson I expected more. I was told that my room included a breakfast, but all that was available was three kinds of cereal, some plain bagels, and strawberry yogurt.

It was clean and the staff wasvery accommodating. Nothing. I was convenient for what I wanted, clean and the help most accommodating.

I liked the size of the room and fixtures. The refridgerator froze all liquids placed in it. Excellent suite hotel conveniently located.

Nothing really. This hotel needs total refurbishment. Needs to be refurbished. Musty smell, no batteries in the TV controls, lack of light in the bathroom (broken florescent). Continental free breakfast prepared foods were very bland and greasy. There was a towel hanging on the fire alarm.

Very helpful, friendly staff, comfortable accommodations, sleep number bed, and very tasty, complimentary breakfast! There were no flowers in my room; standard TV. I enjoyed my two night stay. The hotel was very comfortable and clean, the staff was friendly and efficient, and great price. I would stay here again if I am in the Huntsville area.

Location & room size. Dirty. Terrible cleaning service. Poor amenities for business travel. The hotel room is a nice size but the quality of the room is poor! There was a toe nail from the previous guest that remained on the carpet the entire time of my stay, so they did not vacuum the floor. Didn't refill my coffee supplies. Never mopped the bathroom floor. Had holes in the carpet. Touch up painted the ceiling. This hotel has gone to hell. The management is obviously far to cheap to put any money into proper up keep for the hotel. Also the business amenities are terrible. The business center is a CPU on a rolling cart in the lobby. The workout area is small and the machines were in terrible condition.

I like the customer service, complimentary breakfast, and the lounge. Cleanliness of my room, dated interior of the suites. My state was mediocre. The sleep member bed was very uncomfortable and I had spider webs in different corners in the bathroom. My bathtub was not cleaned by room service.

Good quality, free breakfast and Select Comfort "number" beds were great! Bathroom was poorly renovated and reflected age of building (mildew, tiles out of alignment) and dirty carpet. The rooms are well appointed, although the bathrooms need another round of renovations. Old, poorly-aligned tiles gather mildew, and the ceiling above the tub surround showed signs of water damage. All of the rooms feature best-in-the-industry Select Comfort "number" beds. If you can't get a good night's sleep on one of these, you can't get a good night's sleep! The hotel's free, hot breakfast was excellent, and the staff helpful and welcoming.

Good continental breakfast buffet. Sleep number mattress. The beds were horrible. They had slept number mattress that didn't hold the air as they were suppose to. So they would go down in the middle of the night and you were sleeping on the hard boards. Also, they had a sleeper sofa in the room and we requested sheets for it which we never got.

Free breakfast, accommodating staff. Rooms were dingy, need updating. The staff was friendly and helpful. I had UPS deliver a very large shipment before I arrived and they signed for me. The common areas were clean and comfortable- however I can not say the same for the actual room. The bed's sleep number function did not work and the amenities did not match my expectations. The toilet clogged and it took over 2.5 hours and 3 calls to get someone up there, when they finally came they were very apologetic.
