Changed to a basement room, wallpaper torn, desk chair leather torn, bedlinen shabby and cover dirty. Insufficient towels provided, TV remote control not working. Dirty rags outside room on grass for duration of stay. Corridor carpet leading to room dirty. Having stayed in other Radisssons around the world I was very disappointed with the standard offered here.

My sister and myself decided at Christmas to treat ourselves with a trip to Ireland. We chose Limerick as we have relatives not too far away in Clare. Stayed at the Radisson - not at all like the American ones - very clean, modern and staff were really helpful. We used the Restaurant one two nights and the food was great - they do an early bird menu which is very reasonable. Crack at night was great. Hopefully we will get an oportunity to return.

The hotel and staff were superb, the only negative was that we had dinner Sunday evening 12th, service was very poor and food was not up to the standard I would have expected based on the rest of our stay.

An extremely nice hotel situated about three miles outside Limerick on the road to Shannon airport. The dining room is fabulous, as is the bar. Impressive wine selection in the bar which I found rare in Ireland. The only drawback to this hotel is its location. It is however very convenient if you are simply using it before heading to the airport.

Wonderful hotel great price but only paid £11.80 for two of us! great food and large portions. really enjoed the spa included in the price and staff were fantastic. options to have pizza and beer and wine ordered to room with blockbuster films and breakfast in bed for 3euros each not bad.

Beutiful hotel in a nice setting. Hotel entrance hard to find. Mentioned it at reception & was told they are putting up new signs. Delighted to see information in English & in Irish in Hotel room brochure. That was a first. Well done!

Excellent hotel. Great quality food (dinner and breakfast). Good spa facilities although it would be advisable to book in advance as the treatments were almost fully booked over the weekend. Located a little further out from Limerick than I had imagined so could be difficult to get to if you don't have a car.

I would recommend this hotel firstly for families, the hotel is a litle bit out of town so is not great if your looking for easy access to the night-life of Limerick saying that there is a good taxi service into town. The spa and pool were nice and the staff were friendly.

am sorry to have to be negative but would sadly be lying if said was brilliant> we arrived on saturday evening and im sure you would agree that a four star hotel should carry the most popular vodka in the world it may seem petty they didnt even have boru which is more similar to smirnoff> after speaking to the manager and he went check the celler they located smirnoff after almost an hour>> am sorry to say that was the start of our weekend and wasnt at all impressed>> the manager said he would keep it in the bar for when i required> we went to the restraunt that night for meal which was only ok and the service was very poor> there was about three different waiters and nobody seem to know who responsible> very bad method> the staff were polite and friendly> sunday evening when relaxing in lobby asked for smirnoff from what was meant be kept behind the bar and guess what??? yes the manager was pleasant but i shouldnt have to confront the same problem again>>> REALLY would like to know why smirnoff isint kept in your hotel as its the worlds most popular the reason i said would go back would be for the spa which both myself and my husband used and enjoyed and the athmosphere in the hotel was lively with a wedding on the saturday and a ball on the sunday>sorry for being so long winded p>s> also my breakfast to the room came over half hour late and got two extra breakfasts which were not ordered> all in all im sorry to report if you want to save money as im sure you do kind regards> anne harley

Undoubtedly the best hotel I've stayed in recently. As long as you don't mind being a short distance from the town then I would definitely recommend the Radisson.

This fantastic hotel is really let down by it's restaurant. The food was terrible and ruined a very very good hotel otherwise.
