I took my wife to this hotel for our first wedding anniversary and was hoping for something quite special, however this was not the case. Firstly room service had to be called three times over the duration of an hour for one simple request. The supposed 4* restaurant served both frozen and microwaved food, music playing at a very high volume could be heard until the early hours of the morning, then to top it all off i was overcharged when checking out. I would not stay again nor would i advise anyone else to.

My husband and I stayed at the hotel while I was Belfast for a conference. We found the hotel to be clean, quiet and quite nice. We were very pleased with the room, the staff and the over all service. The only downside was the food however the location of the hotel is such that outside dining is easily accessible. Great value for the money overall. We certainly would stay here again.

4 Star Hotel with no restaurant!Had booked into the hotel after running Belfast marathon, imagining being too exhausted to cook or go out. Unfortunately, when checking in we were informed that the Hotel restaurant was closed that night and we would have to taxi to and from a restaurant in town! Why was there no warning when we booked that there was no restaurant? Especially disappointing since the breakfast buffet was the nicest I've come accross in years. The toasted sandwich we ordered from room service arrived cold (though delivered by very friendly staff member) and the "Executive" room we'd booked never materialsed. When we disputed an item charged for on the bill that should have been free - this was very grudgingly refunded but we were offered no apology or compensation for the fact that we did not get what we had originally booked. The room itself was very pleasant and most staff very helpful though there was mould in the shower - my pet hate! Also, I doo feel it's a little cheeky being charged for parking my car overnight...

Shame about the restaurant.Really enjoyed the stay, this hotel was spotless. The food in the restaurant of an evening was really nice too, but the breakfast was awful. Stayed 2 nights and both mornings were a disappointment. Totally different than the quality of dinner, which is all Italian style and nice. Customer service was good and efficient, if not very warm.

New - but fadedWe spent a night in the Radisson Belfast but despite the hype I have to say that the overall experience was a disappointment. Try telephoning reception - whilst staff are friendly they do find speaking English a challenge. The decor is already showing grave signs of wear and tear, the menu is very limited - no chicken dishes on the bar menu, with an Italian emphasis in the restaurant - you'd better like pasta! However, the biggest disappointment was the cleanliness of our room. We had a suite on the second floor but the furniture (couch) was stained - yeuch????? The Bedlinen un-ironed, and the bath had evidence of the previous occupant with hairs and a tide mark. Also the shower head was filthy! Breakfast was excellent - with a good variety and high quality food. Check out was quick and accurate.

The Radisson is certainly good but a few minor 'housekeeping' niggles did not go unnoticed. This bright modern hotel is in an excellent location from which to explore this amazing city. The Business room is both spacious and contemporary in design plus has all the facilities expected in this class of room. The breakfast buffet is exemplary and cannot be faulted, quite delicious. All the staff were smartly dressed and helpful. Noise penetration into the room was probably an inconvenience during our stay probably purely due to the time of year as each night there were Christmas parties being held at the hotel, so many guests were being over boisterous and noisy right through to 5am. I think its fair to say that overall the housekeeping requires some gentle encouragement. Lipstick marks on the glasses in the room, cup rings on the work surfaces, no bathrobes (rectified perfectly well), no newspaper delivery, discarded room service trays indicate slipping standards and this hotel would not benefit from this as competition in this booming city continues to increase. A good hotel but sometimes its the little things that make a great hotel.
