From the airport, take the main line in the direction of Vanløse (trains from this stop only run in one direction) and disembark at Frederiksberg station. Train journey times take approximately 20 minutes. If you are arriving by car, please reserve a space in our underground car park. Additional parking is available at Falkoner Square, just behind the hotel.

We checked into the hotel around 2:00pm and were given our room keys immediately. As we still had more of Copenhagen to see, we deposited our bags and left for another day of adventure. We checked out the location of the Metro - just a brief (and when I say brief realize this is coming from an American who doesn't walk much except on holiday in Europe) to the entrance. We spent some time shopping for gifts and then off to spend the rest of the day at Tivoli Gardens. The hotel offered a breakfast buffet which is a bargain by Denmark eating out standards so I recommend allowing yourself time for that. The view from our room was fantastic, the room was clean, quiet, and all we needed as we were leaving early the next morning. Not real large, but certainly fine-again by our past experience with European hotel rooms, an excellent value. I highly recommend the SAS Radisson Falconer to every budget minded traveler. If you don't mind spending $300 - $500 for one night in a hotel, then you will find others more elegant (but the SAS Falconer would likely have a more elegant room for you at a higher price than what we paid), but my next trip to Copenhagen will find me here again.

The double room we had, was not very big, but was enough and had a nice view over the city. The service on reception desk was polite and friendly and the hotel was also very quiet. We also used the garage below the hotel, which was a bit pricey but otherwise comfortable to use. The hotel is approx. half an hour walk to city center (2 to 3 km). There is also a metro station nearby. In total, definately very good price-value ratio and thus my recommendation.

We booked this hotel since we had no other option (literally) in Copenhagen that weekend. There were some events, so all hotels were booked out. For the price we paid, this was not the best option. Hotel was very empty, and the room was very small. Toilet was small too - and generally hotel looked like it needed renovation. However, it served the purpose for us to stay comfortably.

Nice views from the room. Very close to the Frederiksberg Metro and that is good. Room could be cleaner. Time to invest in new towels. The business center internet is not free, of course, but nothing in Copenhagen is free.
