Friendly staff, clean, comfortable beds and a wonderful view. We got the Orbitz free friday deal and got an unbeatable deal!

Room was nice, hotel dining was over priced for value of room, staff in dining was not as friendly as rest of hotel.

Hotel room was clean and comfortable. It also faced the river and Detroit skyline. The walk from the parking garage was through an enclosed hallway that was pretty secluded. It was a bit concerning.

The location was perfect, and we were able to walk to all of the locations downtown. The only problem was finding it once crossing the bridge. Once we got there everything was great. Good staff and the room was fantastic!

Adjoining room was great. Iliked everything about the hotel. Great courteous staff, hotel was upscale modern, great to have adjoining rooms and requests for crib and pet friendly atmosphere was great.

This is a very clean hotel the staff friendly and helpful. The location was ideal to access the area activities. I would stay at the Radisson again.

Staff. Not up to standards. Do not expect much from this hotel.

I was pleasantly surprised with the hotel and the rooms. We had a beautiful view of the river and the room was clean and cozy. We took advantage of the shuttle bus from the hotel to the Casino; but could have walked if we wanted. I would definitely stay here again.

Service. It took 1.5 hours to get into our room, the lock on the door was defective, the manager and front desk personnel were rude. After we finally got in the room, the headboard fell off the wall. There are signs that direct you to a door from the adjacent parking garage but the door is locked for security reasons they why have the sign? We actually had to walk through the Hilton hotel next door to gain access to the Radisson.

DO NOT RESERVE this hotel unless you are sure you will be staying there. Our flight was cancelled and the hotel would not refund the cost, even though we called 48 hours ahead!

Convenient location. Sheets smelled strongly of bleach/cleaner.

We stayed at this hotel on our way back into the US, and were confident that being a Radissoin it would live it up to it's reputation. The rooms did not disappont. They were very clean, modern and quiet. They also offered Sleep Number Beds which gave us an amazing nights sleep! The hotel need to be updated as the paint and lobby seemed to be a bit on the dated side. The location of the hotel was great, just a short walk from the Casino Windsor, many places to eat close by and the view across the river at night was AMAZING! We would stay here again.

Location and price. Wallpaper peeling.

"The room was nice, but not worth the price. The city view of our room was not very good. room needed an exhaust fan, and an in-room safe. The toilet needed repair, The entrance to the hotel is tricky. There is not enough room for more than 3 autos in the driveway. If more than 3, you have to park/wait in the street(Riverside Ave), so you have to take a chance on an accident. An additional fee of 10.00 for parking. This fee should be waived for guests. The hotel staff was not very knowledgable on giving directions to their hotel. We got lost and was given 3 different directions "

"... a nice city to visit for a short while. Nothing to do. Rooms were average, fairly clean - what you expect from a Radisson. Duty Manager was very abrupt and discourteous. Even the front desk was embarassed by her. You can get a room anywhere and I will look elsewhere next time!"
