Although the fitness center wasn't much and the pool was average, I have no real complaints about the hotel. Overall it was a good stay!

Nothing. Poor room condition, water leaking from window, terrible noise from adjoining room.

Everything went as planned. Particulary happy about the house keeping folks. They were very helpful. If any hotel folks are reading, Pam who was on the 3rd floor was extremely nice and helpful.

This Hotel is close to everything and it has plenty of things to do for young children. The pools are nice and they have movies for the kids and entertainment at night for us older folks. The food was good and the morning buffet was great. The rooms were cleaned everyday and they did an excellent job. I would stay again.

Hotel was spacious and clean, with sleep-number beds.

Radisson Worldgate standard (non-SelectComfort) beds were very uncomfortable, you'd expect this low of quality at a 1-star hotel. The hotel is older and is showing its age through carpeting and bathroom chalking; however, it was clean...except for the pools. The pools were very dirty - mildew on tiles, bugs/tree litter floating on water.

The hotel was not as conveniently located as they claimed. It was very difficult to find and the location was set back and in a spot that made me feel very uncomfortable about being there. When I checked in the "express checkin" was anything but that. They then told me that I would have to give my credit card for "incidentals" and that if I didn't use anything like room service, as an example then my credit card would not be charged....I used NOTHING and my credit card was charged!!!!!!! They do not have enough staff there and I will NEVER stay there again!!!!!! Enough said.

The hotel & room were very nice. The only problem I had with them is that they tried to charge me additional money for the use of their amenities (in which we used none).

I would never tell anyone to stay here,,,, I was eaten up by Bed Bugs and no one ever called me back to say they were sorry!!!!!!!!!

The location was good for Disney, if that is your interest. That was the only good part of the stay. We chose the property as we were attending a conference there. On the second day the one and only desk chair was removed without explanation. On checkout day the leaf blower were busy before 8a. Then the staff knocked at 830a and then immediately walked in to our room to see if we had left yet. This was WITH the Do Not Disturb sign on the door. Luckily we had the slide lock on or it could have been very unfortunate.

The tub in the bathroom. The front desk staff is very rude. The hotel is nice but the experience is ruined by the front desk staff. Their rudeness abounds from the time of check-in to check-out. I arrived late in the evening and had to wait 15 minutes while the clerk answered phones that rang after I had walked to the front desk. The gentleman took care of other people who walked up to the front desk after I did. We asked for change for the dryers a little later. After being ask 20 questions about what we needed the change for we were directed to the game room. It only gives tokens and when we ask to exchange them for change the clerk told us to come back in the morning as the manager may exchange them. The next morning the clerk rudely exchanged them after 20 more questions and told us next time we needed to read as the sign says tokens only.

This was a great hotel !! We had a Select Comfort Sleep Number Bed & I would recommend that everyone book one for their room. Everything was clean. Parking was great! Location was superb!! Pool was wonderful. Disney is just down the street! What more could you ask for?

Needs upgrading badly. Old rooms, very old A/C units. Housekeeping MIA. Charged additional resort fees daily???? Should be changed to a 2-star hotel. Would NOT recommend.

Amenities. I was charged a resort fee of $7.95. I did not expect this and though it unreasonable. I was only there a few hours.

Very impressed, beds are awesome. Would stay again. The fridge was a plus. Starbucks and Pizza Hut in the lobby are great. Has a kids corner with movies and games. Next to Winn Dixie and lots of places to eat.

Hotel was a great value for the price. The upgraded rooms were clean and comfortable and the location for Disney was perfect. Definitely a step up from the Motel 6 crowd but the cost difference was not that great.

good ambience, nearness to disney and restaurants extra taxes and resort free and slow internet connection

"We would've changed hotels but love the SleepNumber beds. The renovations were at the least minimal (carpet & some furniture)- hotel is just plain OLD, rust coming thru paint, tub didn't work, fridge falling apart. Front desk gals were excellent. Maid service was great. Never got the microwave we requested. Guest servies rates a big fat ""0"", rude & unhelpful the 3 times we went there. Would NOT stay again Definatley not a value for the money - over rated, should be classified as a 2 star."
