The Best thing about the Radisson at the Port is the shuttle service to the cruise lines and the Kennedy Space Center. The Room had badly damaged tile and tub in the bath & sink, curtains that just barely kept the light out and decor that was a time warp from the 80's. We made the mistake of having dinner there - bland pasta sauce, over salted and poorly cooked chicken which was not inexpensive. We should have eaten at the McD's or Burger King for better food.

Reasonably priced, location to port is excellent with free transport to and from ship. Beds were uncomfortable, I thought my room was suppose to have a select comfort bed.

The pictures don't do this place justice. This is a great place to stay! We stayed here before our cruise and took advantage of the shuttle service to the ship. The beds are extra soft and staff are wonderful. The pool is the best thing. It even better than the pictures.

My husband and I stayed at the Radisson Resort on the Port for 3 nights and were very satisfied! The hotel staff was very professional and everyone had a smile on their face. Even the gift shop personnel! Our suite which was upgraded was very clean, roomy, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The jacuzzi tub was wonderful and the separate shower area was nice as well. We only ate breakfast there, a buffet and omelet station...once again, very good with an attentive staff. The outdoor swimming pool was great! Big, appropriate temperature and again the poolside staff was friendly and attended to our needs. Very pretty landscaping and most rooms seemed to be pretty close to the amenities. If we are in that area again, I will definitely stay there again.

The hotel does need additional renovations and more convenient elevator locations. The morning buffet was inexpensive but could have used a little more variety with an increase in price. They need more luggage racks in the rooms--a couple is going to have more than one suitcase. The best feature is the free parking while you are on a cruise!

Nice rooms at affordable price. This was a return visit for us and we will go back. We were upgraded to a suite because we had to wait for the hotel clerk to check someone else in that only took about 3 minutes! We had a great stay, good food, great location and great price.

We traveled all night to get to Cape Canaveral on Saturday, the day before our cruise. Although the check in time was 3:00, we had a room by about noon. Even before we had our room they let us use the pool and facilities. The shuttles ran on time and got us to the cruise ship exactly when we wanted to arrive. The shuttle arrived for our pick up from the cruise ship just a couple of minutes after we walked out of the cruise terminal. We had a 2 room suite with a whirlpool tub. It was very comfortable and clean, the shower was a big hit as it was huge and fully enclosed. The staff were friendly and helpful. The shuttle to the ship and free parking made the price very worthwhile. We'll stay here again if we cruise out of Port Canaveral.

Nice pool. Pretty Waterfall and coy pond. Nice breakfast. Good bed and linens. No paper. No shuttle set up. Girl who checked us in did not even know if restaurant was serving. There was a buffet but she said no other ordering. We had a sub next door (on Easter!) then came back to the pool where we saw people being served from the menu! Not happy. Did not receive paper. Room key did not work. Had requested shuttle to port. Nice hotel. Poorly trained employees.

It was like arriving at an amusement funhouse attraction, security was one dude and a nightstick. I had my young daughter with me and kids were banging on our door at 3 am (before a cruise) after speaking with the lobby staff and manager they said they could do nothing and referred me to travel website who did even less to help me! Great if going on a cruise the next day...terrible to stay and enjoy! Ohhh and the sleep # bed was like sleeping in a pool on the rubber air mattress!

We booked a whirlpool suite before and after our cruise. What a wonderful way to begin and end our vacation. The staff was very helpful and the transportation to the port was quick and organized. Nice breakfasts & lunches and wonderful pool.

Great pool and outstanding customer service. Parking was inconvenient distance from my room. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Rooms and facilities were very clean and landscaping was beautiful. I would highly recommend this hotel to any traveler.

Stayed overnight before leaving on a cruise for a week. The location was extremely convenient and the shuttle service to and from the port was the perfect set-up! Being able to leave my vehicle at the hotel for the entire time was economical. Overall, the price I paid for the hotel room, the shuttle service, free breakfast and extended parking was an exceptional value. Also, I had a refurbished room that was tastefully decorated down to the most minute details, such as a night light on the overhead fan, granite countertop in the bathroom, tiled showerstall, lhigh-end looking ighting fixtures thoughout. Very nicely done. I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend it to others going on a cruise out of Port Canaveral. The staff at this Radisson were also very friendly and helpful and the food at Flamingo's was very terrific.

I would recommend Radisson Resort at the Port to anyone wanting to arive the night before your cruise. The pool is nice and the shuttle to the port was a plus. The shuttle wait can be long but it worth the cost (free!).

Easy access to rooms. Room was nice and clean. A desk clerk was very helpful and accommodated us without a problem. Hope to return again someday.

We booked the cruise package and couldn't have been happier. The room was clean-carribean in style which put us right in the vacation mood. The mattresses and pillows were extremely comfortable. Room had mini-fridge, microwave and the best part was the ceiling fan! The package includes a terrific breakfast buffet (they will make fresh omelets or waffles right in the buffet line) for 2 people and a shuttle to and from the port for your cruise and of course parking for your vehicle while your cruising. When you work hard and save for a vacation you want to know that you are spending your money wisely. We think we did! We would stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good value and comfort.

The room was OK, although we were put in the motel section and it got pretty noisy outside during the night. The pool and breakfast were great. Ride to the port was fairly punctual, but waited 1.5 hours for the ride back to the hotel after 2 phone calls. There were about 25 of us waiting and we were all fuming mad.
