Very nice hotel, friendly service and great facilities. It is a shame that the shuttle bus prices are so expensive but otherwise a great hotel. Restaurant is fantastic!

Friendlist staff I have come across. Very good value for money. Nice room refurb and away from noise and rough Surfers but close to attractions and Broadbeach.

If you want to dine in - book in advance. No dining options within walking distance. Hot air ballooning (Balloon Aloft) pick-up was from the Radisson - it was a great experience drifting over the Gold Coast! The Hotel breakfast buffet was nothing special - average! Relaxing atmosphere with lovely gardens & friendly staff.

Heaps of potential, but dining room meals and liquor overpriced. Seems to be trying to attract too many different tourist niches.

Nice layout, however the rooms are decentrlised from the main reception. We were located in distant block during bad weather and with no covered passage between the carpark and buildings. Carparking was not close to the room and very inconvenient. As I was injured the constant walk to facilities were a pain. Reception did not advise of limited electric cart transport from the main reception to rooms. Service quality seemed to be variable depending on who you interacted with. Overall satisfactory for the price but a long way out of central Gold Coast locations and too expensive to use taxis all the time - need your own vehicle.

On arrival we were able to go straight to our room even though we were early. Staff were polite and efficient. Check out at 11am was great because it gave time to have a relaxed breakfast and still pack and check out without any fuss or rush. Room was very nice with a gigantic bed.

All round lovely place to stay. Not far from all the action of the Gold Coast. Very reasonable price for the upmarket type of accomodation. Would certainly stay there again.

I thought the Radissoon was great value for the money, although the room could have been a little cleaner , just things like dust on ceiling from the air con ,hair in bath, but otherwise great,The bed was perfect (new pillows wouldnt go astray ),I enjoyed my stay there, I will be back. Thanks guys

The hotel didn't have a record of our booking on our arrival and we had to wait while they contacted hotelscombined.com, otherwise, everything else was as good as we expected.

The location is quite far from the surfer paradise. They have no elevator and make us difficult to bring our luggage to our room. We arrived at the hotel at 1 am and the receptionist didn't offer any help to bring our luggage to the 3rd level..Can u imagine???

This a solid 2 star joint, (have paid approx 69 AUD last minute deal and used some credits) also noisy day and night not worth it...

The "Stay and Feast" package was outstanding. A very nice hotel room and good facilities but the highlight of the experience was the wonderful food and excellent restaurant service. Highly recommended.
