Never again will I stay here. They told me their would be $6.90 plus tax resort fee, what they never told me was per night, per room. I complained to front desk, never listened couldn't careless. Checkout time was 1100, got wake up call at 0830 - 'are you leaving?".

I am very upset I believed that radisson was a very nice and friendly hotel, well contrary to this I was very disappointed. We arrived at the hotel around 6PM, we were in room 3129 outside in the hallway the other 5 or 6 rooms were open and your guest were outside partytime drinking alcohol until all hours. On Sunday evening I had to call the front desk at 1:AM because the noise was terrible well no one answered. On Monday morning when we checked out i explained my concerns to the front desk I did not recieve not even an apology they just brushed it off like it was no big deal. Well i travel to Orlando at least 6 times a year but, i will never stay at the Radisson or will i recommend it to anyone it was not worth the aggravation.

The location was good but the internet made the hotel look amazing. IT needs the carpets to be cleaned or replaced. The rooms need to be upgraded. Sorry!!

Let me start out saying this resort was more than we excepted!! The staff was amazing, friendly and very professional. The hotel grounds were beautiful. From the many pools, ponds and fountains. A ton of flowers, trees and shrubs, ducks, birds, squirrels, fish, and turtles. The whole facility was very clean with several restaurants, game rooms, fitness room, pools. The room was the best! We used the in room movies ,late night Pizza was great, sleep number beds and all the other amentities made are stay very pleasurable. It was easy to get to all the Parks, Shopping and Food. My husband and I have stayed in just about every main chain of hotels out there but none compared to this. Our stay was at a very busy time and with all the room at the resort you never knew it. It is well worth the money forour 6 night stay in April 2009.

The hotel grounds were absolutely beautiful and well appointed. Ponds and fountains throughout the landscaped areas. Beautiful flowers, shrubs and trees with plenty of wildlife, birds, squirrels, fish, turtles etc. The whole facility was very clean with several eat in restaurants, game rooms, a business center, fitness area, pools, etc etc. The room was well appointed with current in room movies available, sleep number beds and all the other amentities to make your stay comfortable and pleasurable. I was very pleased with the whole experience and felt it was a great value for the price. The Raddisson is centrally located just a short distance from many of the attractions in the area. We couldn't have asked for anything more, and would definitely choose to stay there again on our next Florida visit.

We spent one night on the Fourth of July. The price was great considering we booked last minute on a holiday. Went to City Walk for the night and that was about a 10 minute drive which was great. Spent the morning by the pool and had a very nice stay.

Sounds really good. The $11.54 service charge. The water slide was broken for three days. The A/C was broken, but was replaced within the hour. Staff was very friendly. The beds were good.

I feel this hotel was way below standards. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I referred my softball team to get rooms there and we were all very dissappointed. The rooms smelt very musty and mildew. My daughters room had black hairs throughout the bed and the other bed had crumbs. The carpets were damp the bathrooms smelt bad. Our friends room had wet sheets on their beds. When we complained they did not even seemed concerned. When I called the Radisson they have even bothered calling me back. Very Very dissappointed in the Radisson Resort and the head office.

Awesome location close to Disney, great looking grounds and resort. Two pools, large slide, hot tubs, live music, games etc.. Breakfast plan includes full out buffet not to be missed. Excellent value for the price, I highly recommend this resort for the Disney visitor.

I had previously stayed at this hotel before so I knew when I booked this hotel again what I could expect and I was a little disappointed! Overall the hotel is really nice and convenient to Disney World! It only took us minutes to get there and we had no problems with traffic! We had anticipated taking the shuttle service the hotel offered but the convenience of renting a car and being able to go when we wanted was better for us! The hotel only drops off and picks up once a day so you should take this into consideration. The hotel charged us a daily fee of $11.50 for this service that we did not use! We had a breakfast package and the food was just ok! The Hotel staff was very nice and accomadating! I asked for an additional pillow and when I finally was able to convince the non-english speaking housekeeper what I wanted I had it within 15 minutes! There was an incident that my boyfriend and I were very concerned about. There was a power outage one night during the early morning hours and there was no emergency lighting in the hotel corridors. We were concerned because if there was ever a fire we may have had difficulty finding our way out! I live in the Northeast and I know that this is a law up here but I guess it isn't down in Florida! It appears that business is down with the economy being the way it is and we were told that the hotel had layed off half it's staff after Labor Day so I guess that we need to take that into consideration, however the Hotel needs to also take that into consideration when charging daily fees!

The low down:- Rooms have airbeds which were not comfortable. My wife has low back pains that were made worse by these beds.- Our room had a horrible mildew smell. Our first night stay resulted in heavy condensation on tne windows explaining why. The AC was set to 72 the entire time. My daughter has seasonal allergies and this didn't help.- Bath faucet dripped all night.- Deli hanburder was 8.00 and not worth it.The only plus?- Staff was generally friendly.Looks like the whole hotel is just not managed for quality. A friendly face won't hide the fact that the basics are being missed.

horrible stay at the hotel-very unclean-the hallways had a mildew smell-in our room we noticed toe nail clippings on floor- and bowel movement smears in toilet-the shuttle is the only thing that was great about this hotel-so you could save on not renting a car--because it shuttles you to and from disney/universal/and sea world--but its not complimentary--they charge $11.36 per day--on top of what you already paid for the room..stay somewhere else that offers free shuttle service!!!!!

It was clean. The slide in the pool broke they never fix it, some of the staff didnt speak English was difficult to communicate with them, not enough space in room. Overall the hotel was great. The service was fast ans every day our rooms were clean and stock. The pool was good and the slide while it work was really fun for the kids.

I ended up picking this hotel because of the shuttle service they offered. I did not want to have to do the driving and thought that with a mandatory daily charge of 11.30, the shuttle service would be fine. However, what they don't tell you is that the number of shuttles is very limited. There is only one shuttle a day to sea world, and only one shuttle a day to universal. Then when they picked us up at sea world we had to fight all the traffic back to universal before we headed back for the hotel. Needless to say, the shuttle ride took over an hour-and-a-half. In addition, just to get to downtown Disney, we had to take the Radisson shuttle to magic kingdom, board the metro to the entrance, walk about a mile to a bus stop in from of a convention center, take a shuttle from there to some other hotel, and then continue on that shuttle to downtown Disney. Total time was almost 2 hours. Bottom line is that if you are going to book this hotel for transportation convenience, don't! I wish I would have just driven myself and paid the parking.
