Hotel staff very friendly, the hotel was clean except for some very large spider web hanging from the curtain blind

Convenient, quiet rooms in spite of party going on in lobby. Didn't mention charge for parking.

I stayed here thanksgiving weekend. The food was very good at the chop house! The bar/lounge was great...Very nice bartender (Ask for the fruit salad drink for your lady it was a really good drink). Our room was clean and comfortable! We didn't run into any problems...except that the atm in the hotel wasn't working at the time! But there was an atm 1/2 block down the street so that was alright!

We arrived late in the evening and was happy to find the restaurant was still serving. The service was great but the food was ok but a little disappointing. The salad bar had several empty bowls and needed to be refilled. The potatoes were not very warm and appeared to be sitting for a while. The fish was served hot. The service at the desk was quick and attentive. The room were nicer than I expected. It was clean and well decorated. I was looking forward to the special mattresses that you could adjust to your comfort level. The mattresses were not comfortable. My husband and I both had difficulty adjusting the firmness of the mattress. I think it may not have been working correctly. It felt like a big plastic blow up mattress which you can add or take out the air to control the firmness. I would not request this type of mattress in the future. I chose this hotel for its location. It was right on the river which made it more attractive. It did not have time to visit the town but it was inviting. The check out process was quick and easy.

Location and price. Nothing. This hotel was an excellent value in a wonderful part of Davenport, allowing our family to easily access the bike trail adjacent to the river, a River City Bandits Baseball game, and dine out within 50 yards of the hotel. We'd stay there again!

"Not a Radisson owned hotel, but a franchise which looks like it was supposed to be an Embassy Suites. The hotel's only skywalk goes to the River Center/Adler Theatre and not any casino. You need to walk outside, about a block, to find the lighted casino skywalk that is closed after dark due to crime. Really, if you have walked this far, skip the casino and walk to the end of the block and cross the street to the world famous Figge Art Museum. It is worth the visit. This hotel is perfect for business travelers. Regardless, this is probably your best notion for staying in Davenport."

Although my stay was only one night, it was very enjoyable. The only problem that I had was the Sleep number bed. I found this to be so unfortable that I almost got up to sleep on the floor. I tried all different settings but did not find one that was comfortable. Other than that, the stay was great. Because of the bed I would have changed hotels if my stay was longer.

Spacious. Room was dirty especially the carpet. Although at first glance the hotel appears clean, one can easily find areas where the cleaning crew missed. Second, the plumbing made weird noises during the night.

The hotel is nice it was connected to everything downtown by skyways. The theatre and gambling boat everthing is all tied together . The Chop House inside the Hotel has great food too.

I was not happy with the Hotel Restaurant for breakfast. It took over 30 minuets for me to get my omelet, and it was not even a busy time. After taking an extended period of time to get my food I was then forced to rush eating my breakfast so that I could make my early morning meeting.

The interior structure was appealing. Somewhat old, but well kept. We would stay there again without any problem.

Great beds and loved the sky walks.

The staff was friendly and the restaurant prices were very reasonable. They would not give me a room with a nice view. Room was clean on arrival, but the next day we were out most of the day came back and the room had not been cleaned. We had to call down stairs to ask them to come clean it.

"one problem encountered with the hotel was the accessibility to the floors via outside entrance. We are used to hotels that have a key card entry at each entrance. There were three security guards in the hotel at night to keep vagrants out of the hotel, however, they thought my teenage son, who was walking around trying to get better cell service was a vagrant. They were VERY threatening and the entire incident was unduly upsetting to all of us. Better plan-lock the doors!"

The workers were courteous and timely. They took the hot tub out.

There was no free breakfast or coffee. At least there should have been free coffee that you didn't have to make yourself.

Good atmosphere, good accommodations, good on-site restaurant/TV bar. Select beds hard to figure. Good business but leisure atmosphere.

Very attractive public spaces. Not alot of parking. Very attractive building in the heart of downtown Davenport. Near casinos, although I got the sense that at night it perhaps wasn't in the best area.

great proximity to restaurants. Engineering & staff were excellent when I needed help with my computer restaurant & bar did not look 'inviting' -they looked "hotely
