There is a par 3 golf course directly on the premises and we really enjoyed playing with our 7 year old. It was free! We couldn't stay longer. I'm 46 years old and have stayed at many places. I negotiated the price for this room with Priceline, and when we arrived at the resort, I was ultra impressed with everything. I was so excited that we paid such a great price and were staying at such an amazing place! We absolutely loved this resort! The reason it isn't great for business travelers is they host weddings, etc. and some other guests stay up late and party very loud. Business travelers would need their rest. We love you, Priceline!

We stayed here two days ago and booked through *, and got a good deal as far as what we payed and what they want for a room. When we arrived "Jan" the snooty front desk clerk stuck her nose in the air as soon as she realized our reservation was through*, she asked if we had a room preference and I stated "something with a view and patio would be great", she quickly pointed out "that is not what you paid for on Priceline!" She must have sensed my blood beginning to boil, she offered us a king room with a fireplace if "someone asked for a free upgrade". The room was nice and big, kinda dirty in spots like the black finger prints on the A/C access door. Sleep number bed I hated, it was like an air mattress, they were not willing to bend on the check out time even though I asked if the room was available for one more night if we chose to stay and it was. We paid $* a night for this place which is all I would pay NEVER the * they want.

Very friendly staff and fast service. Menu prices did not agree with bill (small differences).

Nice, clean room in a good location (not the best right now because of road work, but normally a very good location for exploring Sedona). Helpful staff, easy parking. My room was upgraded for free, which was a nice perk and something they do regularly. I stayed in one of the larger room with a gas fireplace and patio. It was big and comfortable enough to be relaxing in the evening, rather than just a place to sleep, which is a plus in Sedona, given that there's not tons of nightlife. While it's a nice hotel, calling it a "resort" is a bit of a stretch. The golf course looked pretty basic, and the spa services available consist of 2 massage rooms. I'd recommend staying here and using the spa at Los Abrigados - the rooms here are nicer, but the spa there is good. Overall, a very solid value 3 star place.

I highly recommend this resort. We stayed in a King Suite w/ jacuzzi tub, patio, fridge, etc. The facility description and list of amenities were exactly as described. Staff was incredibly helpful and curtious making us feel that our expectations were very important to them. The pool, hot tub and par 3 golf course were well cared for and provided a very relaxing set of activities. If we travel to Sedona again, we know exactly where we will stay - at the Poco Diablo!

We wish we could have stayed another night. Construction of site.

We enjoyed our room. The hotel did a nice job remodeling and updating the rooms but needs to serve higher end quality food. They overcharged for their breakfast buffet and served very cheap frozen, previously prepared food.

The front desk was very accommodating.......G, the Manager was the best, and went out of her way for us.........because of you, we will definitely return. The view was amazing, and T. Carl's Restaurant served delicious food in a beautiful atmosphere. My husband treated me to a wonderful massage offered at the hotel. The hotel is well-staffed and very clean, and we just loved the Sleep Number bed. We would wake-up in the morning facing the golf course with breathtaking mountains through the glass-sliding doors. The photos on the web don't do it any justice, it's much prettier. It's so serene, tranquil, relaxing, with a very romantic setting, but families would love it too. I recommend your hotel to everybody and will only book Radisson hotels from now on. You guys are the best! Thank you for making this much-awaited 30th Anniversary getaway so special and memorable for us. We will cherish our stay there always. Keep up the good work! We look forward to staying with you again.

The setting is beautiful with the park like small golf course, beautiful flowers and trees. The lighting in the room could have been better, was a little dark. No lamp by reading chair.

My daughter and I stayed in this hotel for four nights. Everything from check-in to check-out was wonderful. Gene at the concierge desk set us up on trail rides, jeep tours, and dinner reservations. All were first class. The staff that we had contact with were always cheerful and professional. Our room was on the beautiful golf course with a patio outside our room to take in the views. We would definately stay in this hotel again.

The Poco Diablo staff in all areas were more than accomodating. The Concierge, S, was extremely knowledgeable about the area, the sights, and the available experiences. The golf course (9 hole) was fun and priced right (10 special for Spring Break period). The room was clean, the shower hot with good water pressure, and the frig. was an excellent addition to the room. It allowed us to keep our water cold and to keep some snacks or quick breakfasts. Our room looked out at the golf course and a walk around the property gave a beautiful view of the red rocks. The food at breakfast, dinner, and in the sports bar was excellent for quality and price. The staff at each area were friendly and accomodating. The location of the hotel was great. Just a short ride 10 min. to uptown Sedona and galleries.

I did not like that we had requested a king size bed, but we were given room with two queens.

Friendly, helpful staff. The grounds, mostly golf course, was beautiful and the food was good. The bed was great. Our room was older (1960 decor), cottage cheese ceiling and old style bathroom. Beautiful ground and helpful staff. The bed in our room was great but the rest of the room (bathroom, TV etc.) was old style and should not be called 3 star plus.

The sleep by number beds. No view from room. The staff was very friendly and were always helpfull. The room was clean and tastefully decorated. The only problem was that there was simply no view from the room, and this is Sedona where you would really want a view from your room.

Overall, my friend and I were extremely impressed with the Poco Diablo. The concierge, Gene, knew almost immediately what my friend and I were after from our vacation experience and he went out of his way to make it happen. Our room was upgraded at no charge, and our patio looked out onto the golf course, offering us stunning sunsets and red rock views. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and a good bargain for the price. I especially liked that the hotel was a little beyond uptown, so traffic was not the problem that it would be at some of the other hotels in the area. Overall, my first experience in Sedona was a fantastic one, made all the more fantastic with a great hotel experience. All of my future travels to Sedona will include the Poco Diablo.

"Our stay at the Radisson Poco Diable was very nice. We were upgraded when we arrived to a room with a gas fireplace and jacuzzi. The room was very nice, clean, with a comfortable bed. We had a lovely view. They did provide information about sites and things to do in the area. We only ate breakfast in the restaurant and it was delicious. The only thing lacking was a microwave in the room. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the Radisson."
