This hotel is only a couple minute walk from the subway--very conveniently located in the business district of town. I had a HORRIBLE time getting there, had reservations for both Thursday and Friday nights and didn't arrive until Saturday. The management didn't seem bothered when I showed up after missing both nights and asked if I could possibly get them to have mercy on me and give me a free room for that night. no problem, checked me in at 8am Saturday and just called it good--no extra fees. Great buffet included. Will definitely repeat the visit later.

I cannot rate this hotel highly enough. The staff were extremely helpful and the standard of the hotel was outstanding. I would definitely stay there again.

Service was excellent and the food was great. The location was a little far from the old town but very near shopping and parks. We would stay here again. Good value!

I arrived early in the morning and although I could not get into my room, the coffee shop was very pleasant as were the waitstaff as I sat for hours and waited for my friend to arrive.

This hotel is in the business district, so not too much in the way of interesting shops, but some quite good restaurants in walking distance. There is a tour bus which has on again off again stops around the city which has a stop near the hotel and is a good way to get around & see things, especially if you don't have alot of time. The concierge will sell you a ticket. The metro is within short walking distance too. The hotel itself is very nice & new although we didn't have a great view. The concierge was reasonably helpful, although everyone in Santiago seems to think all tourists are "innocents abroad" & will tell you to hide your cameras and don't flash any cash. However, we had no trouble, on the metro or anywhere else although we were mainly in tourist areas. The hotel has a rooftop pool which was closed when we were there but it was worth the trip up there to see the view from the top of the hotel. Fantastic.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, would go out of their way to help. Room and bedding very nice and comfortable. Breakfast needs improvement, food not appealing, eggs and pancakes for example. Tuesday morning not enough staff on duty in the breafast area. Pool needs cleaning as well as the hot tub. It was foaming when we went in.

Right near Tobalaba metro station for easy access around the city. Room was very clean and comfortable... nice breakfast. Staff/Concierge were extremely helpful setting up day excursions, transfers, and with any other information I needed (All the staff I came across spoke english pretty well).

The Radisson Santiago is probably best for business travellers, but is a great hotel for anyone. The rooms are large and clean. The staff speaks English, is VERY helpful, and the location is excellent. We were VERY pleased with out stay.

The room was clean and confortable. The prices charged for itens from the mini-bar were crazy. Staff was very helpfull.
