All-in-all, it was a nice stay. The Radisson Hotel-Minneapolis is located to so many things, such as the Nichollet Mall, the Target Center and many night clubs and theatres. I would go there again.

Inside room was super-quiet. No continental breakfast. Bathroom was huge, making it simple for 2 people to get ready at the same time. The room itself was just big enough for two people had to squeeze past the desk to get around the corner to one side of the bed. However, having high-speed wireless made up for that little detail. The room and bathroom were updated and impeccably clean. Weekend parking rates are cheap, which offset the expensive weekday parking rates.

Clean, comfortable, up-to-date room with free wi-fi. Staff efficient, friendly and accommodating. Excellent restaurant in hotel. Lack of swimming pool the only downside.

We are very disappointed in the cleaning staff here. The sheets on the first night did not seem quite clean. We figured we'd have them changed the next day (you have to leave a card on your pillow for them to change the sheets) - well it's the last night of four nights and they STILL have not changed the sheets!!! Even though their policy is to change them every THREE days! And, the bathroom rug has been having red nail polish stains on it and that's even though i do not use nail polish! I foolishly figured they'd be gone after the cleaning staff had come in. How disgruntled to people have to be to treat paying guests like this?

My boyfriend and I went to the state fairgrounds for an event. We booked our hotel through Orbitz and stayed at the Radisson right down town. To book the hotel could not have been easier and it was the exact price they said it would be which was super cheap! When we got to the hotel it was beautiful!! I was super happy and would book with Orbitz in a heartbeat again.

For the money, it was a good. Not a fan of sleep number beds.

The night I checked in, the carpet between the two beds was soaking wet, and I ruined a pair of socks with some kind of stain that came off it. The next day the elevator jammed, then dropped, with me in it, and got stuck with someone else in it later that day. The third day the shower faucet stuck on in the open hot position - maintenance said, "oh, that happens sometimes, the hot water makes it swell." Overall the people were friendly, but the property was a little shaky!

The staff was VERY helpful. The room was clean and had many amenities. I was a little surprised to find that I was charged $1 for making a short local call, but I don't stay at hotels often and maybe that's what they all do. The only problem I had was a roudy group of people who passed back and forth during the night. All-in-all, I enjoyed my stay and how conveniently located it is.

This was a very nice hotel. The room was clean and rather large. Decoration was not terribly exciting, but it was serviceable. Big fluffy down comforter on the bed was a nice touch, but way too hot to actually use. The bathroom was quite nice with natural stone tile on the floor and shower walls. Staff was friendly. This place has the sleep number beds, and although my husband and I were looking forward to giving that a try, I must say that we didn't really like the bed. It's just a fancy air-mattress and not terribly comfortable, no matter what number we tried. There were some loud, drunk hotel guests hanging out in the hallway that woke us up very late at night (2 or 3) but we didn't want to wake up fully enough to call the front desk. It was Memorial Day weekend, so I guess one should expect some partying, but this was still annoying. The best thing about this hotel is the FireLake Restaurant in the lobby - it was really very good. I had the rotisserie chicken (best I ever had) and my hubby had the Buffalo Steak, which was also excellent. It may be a little expensive by MN standards, but it's a normal price by Chicago standards, so we were very happy.

I arrived to check-in into the Radisson Plaza around 10pm with my confirmation # and the hotel check-in staff didn't have my name on file. Even though I had my Orbitz billing receipt and confirmation #, I was not in the system and told I had NO room. After calling Orbitz customer service twice and being left on hold for over 15 minutes, I was disconnected. I called a third time and the Orbitz customer service lady couldn't answer my questions/concerns and then placed me on hold for another 10 minutes. She then acknowledged the problem and said she would fax over the billing receipt to the Hotel. I was once again on hold while she faxed the document to Radisson Plaza. After 45 minutes dealing with Orbitz terrible customer service, I finally got the fax through to the hotel. My kids and wife were anxious and upset and I looked like a fool b/c the Radisson check-in desk concluded I must have booked another Radisson Hotel. Combined with Orbitz slow unreliable service, the problem didn't get solved in an effective or efficient manner. My wife and I missed the concert we had purchased tickets for. Finally the hotel check-in just created a new reservation for us and the night manager was planning to figure financial out with Orbitz. The manager said this had never happened before. We then got keys to our room and as I arrived to our room close to midnight, we had been given the wrong keys. This was terrible all around experience and Orbitz FAILED to help fix the issue in a timely fashion that showed concern for their customers.

The beds were nice and big. The hot tub and sauna were not hot enough to enjoy. The hotel is put together nice. For a 4 star hotelI expected theTV to be working correctly with great channels, and enough to pick from, but that wasn't the case. OverallI like the location.

"From the time I valet parked my car to the time I checked out, the service was superb. The rooms are wonderful and FireLake restaurant has a wonderful flare. I will be back next month for another visit."

Hotel was almost eerily quiet, I take that as a sign that there were few other guests there. Very nice restaurant, we had breakfast and everything was high quality, very friendly waitstaff. I was traveling with my brother who is over 6' and a big guy, so the room seemed smallish with the two of us and two full beds. But, spotlessly clean and nicely decorated. Vending machines only on two floors of the hotel, so if you want a late night drink, it's a pain. Bathroom amenities on the chintzy side, and no hand towels, just bath and wash cloths. We attended a concert at The Orpheum Theatre, just a short walk. Beware - we arrived on a Sunday night and much of the retail and many restaurants were closed.

Room was very comfortable, bed had a mattress that you could control the hardness or softness of the bed. Room was very clean. We went to the vikings game which is walking distance to the colliseum.
