Very accomodating to our needs

Courtesy of staff, location. Off site parking. I had to park in a garage located around the corner from hotel and the cost was $18 per day.

after check in we went to the harbor to look around. we had great food and good entertainment free by the harbor. we would like to have had a small refrigerator in our room, but we manaaged. eat breakfast at the hotel as their are not many selections for breakfast. the food at the hotel was good! we loved the water taxi at the harbor!!! it was a fun filled couple of days and the hotel was super. the bartender was friendly and gave some great hints on the locations to see. it was a great experience, except for the noisy traffic. windows are not sound proof...oh well. you can't have everything!

Hotel was very busy as many Red Sox fans were in for the baseball seies with the O's. Rooms were clean, staff was exceptional, dinner at the restaurant was very good. Overall, a very good experience and will return.

Hotel has a great location. The room was noisy however and that was partly due to windows that don't fit properly and have significant gaps that allow in street noise.

Excellent accommodations, great service. Room was tastefully decorated with a fully customizable sleep number bed, and the bathroom was updated with nice tile floors and granite counters. The only thing less than wonderful about the place was the city neighborhood around it - it was clean and scenic, but it is SEVERAL blocks to the harbor, and after dark I wouldn't have walked around by myself. It was unsettling. Perhaps it was just the city atmosphere I'm not used to, it just seemed a little scary.

Free internet. Sirens, police activity, car racing on the roads. Outdated, used to be charming, unclean. Staff try, but good intentions are not enough. Small room, outdated decor.

When we visited, there were 2 weddings going on. The lobby was very busy. Additionally, some of the guest were very noisy.

The room was very spacious. The staff was very helpful as soon as we arrived at the hotel. We were offered a map of the city and one of the employees explained our location to us. The lobby was beautiful and our room was very spacious.

The hotel lobby looks great, but the rooms are small and not well taken care off. However the rooms were clean. I picked a package deal that came with a bottle of wine, clube room, free movie, breakast and a free parking pass. Out of all those I named I received the free breakfast. I had to ask and argue for the rest and still did not receive the wine after I asked for it twice. The staff was not helpful at all and they didnt care. You would probably have a better time at the Days Inn.

Nice bedding with sleep number beds; nice cassette ceiling in lobby. Awful breakfast buffet; nicely old-fashioned but uncomfortable lobby furniture.
