The Radisson Penn Harris is a good value for about $100. The inside hall and room decor is a bit dated. The room and bathroom is spacious though the bathroom seems half renovated with new mirror and lighting. The layout of the hotel seems more in line with a motel with parking available outside of your room.

Price for a three star property. Definitely not on par with other three star properties. Very far from described area. Not a modern version of a Radison High rise Property, but rather a thirty+ year old two story property that is need of serious updating to be worthy of a three star upscale rating.

Many, many problems with the room: The bath tub drain took around five minutes to drain. The toilet flushed incredibly loud with a weird ending sound. The carpets were stained so badly stained that I wouldn't take my shoes off. The marble entering into the bathroom was broken in three pieces and I tripped. The TV was very fuzzy. The door had to be slammed shut in order to shut the door. The building was way too old. It's under renovation now. . . just wish I had a renovated room. When checking out, the girl did not ask how my stay was. But I told her anyway.

Our time at this hotel was a disappointment. The rooms were small - not accomodating to a young family. Breakfast was not included for the price of the stay, and that was a big let-down. There was a small refrigerator, microwave and coffeemaker in the room, but they were not placed together, and each time water was needed, one had to go into the bathroom to get it. These rooms would benefit from a wet bar area. We found the information listed about the hotel to be false - it was not within 30 minutes driving distance to local areas, it was more like an hour to see various attractions. We would not stay in this hotel or location again.

Central and safe location. Air conditioner didn't cool very well. Rooms were clean, bathroom was small but perfect for one person business traveler.

Took 4 times going to reception desk to finaly get a suitable room even then it was worn with torn wallpaper and water spots in the washroom.

Staff was very friendly and informative about the area. Valet parking - made the car very difficult to access when necessary. Great hotel with good location. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Very friendly and helpful staff.

I stayed here for 2 weeks in a row for work. It was okay-the bathroom needed an overhaul, but was clean. I had the sleepnumber bed, whereas my coworkers did not. None of us slept great, but it was mainly due to the "sleeping in a strange place" factor. My first room smelled like cigarette smoke and they moved me quickly and courteously. The shuttle drivers were very nice and helpful. If our meetings ended early, they came right away to get us. The bar offers free drinks to guests on Tuesday and Thursday from 5:30-6:30. Breakfast was a good price off the a la carte menu and was usually fast. Overall, it was an average hotel with an okay price.

Old! Outdated! The hotel was in need of an update, felt more like staying in Amery barracks than staying in a hotel. The bath rooms had been remodeled but the beds and furniture were from the 1970's.

"I was on a business trip and the location of this hotel was perfect for me. I chose the standard bed over the sleep number bed. What a mistake. Unfortunately, the bedding was FAR less than perfect. That is, unless you find BED BUGS in your bed to be perfect. If you stay at this hotel be careful of the BED BUGS. They bite!!"

Nothing. Hotel smelled bad, bathroom door stuck and my daughter got stuck in bathroom, terrible beds. Staff was not friendly. Poor quality of bedding. Outdated. Room at the farthest possible location from lobby, pool, ice, etc. Loud doors to rooms and at end of hallway always someone banging the door. Beds were uncomfortable. Door stuck to bathroom so much so that our daughter was stuck, couldn't get out while we were out of the room and she's 18 years old! Also refused to provide me with a receipt.

"While at the Radisson, I felt that I was welcomed with open arms by the staff. Tired from meetings all day, I wanted to come to place that felt like a home away from home. The Radisson did that for me. I would full recommend staying there on business or leasure."

"The hotel is dirty and the maid service is slow and non responsive. They are renovating, but they aren't doing enough."

Recently remodeled room. No place to hang towels near shower. Drapes do not close causing me to wake up at 5:30 pm.

Rude staff at your front desk. Room decor was horrible as I felt the sheets hadn't been washed. I had to call the front desk for a roll of toilet paper. I was connected to a suite which the door handle didn't lock.

The location. The hotel is old and needs remodeling. I am very familiar with the hotel being from area but never stayed overnight. The hotel is old. The room was plain and the two beds were not sleep number beds. The AC unit was dirty and loud. On the plus side, the room was clean.

"Comfortable, clean rooms with nice features such as high speed internet and those fantastic Sleep Number beds. Dining room is expensive and not very good, but tons of restaurants in the vicinity. Staff was helpful and friendly."

All was good. The room was comfortable and clean. The decor was inviting and pleasing. The room had very nice extras such as an ironing board, iron, comfy writing desk and chair. The front staff was friendly and helpful.

"Considering this is a Radisson, I was expecting something nicer. Staff was nice but the food in the dining room was average at best, limited in scope, and expensive. Will definitely stay somewhere different next time I'm in town."
