i had a few moments when I first arrived, which was kinda odd. I have stayed here many times in the past however I guess they had alot more people at the hotel this time than normal. I was put in a room on the second floor. The AC was way louder than it had been in other rooms in the past. However the staff was wonderful as usual. I travel alot and the staff here is better than most hotels around the US.

Nothing. The hotel was run down and smelled of bleach.

I picked this hotel because it was convenient to the airport, and showed it had a workout facility. THe workout room is the biggest joke you have ever seen. The beds were new but the place is a dive. Overall it is way overpriced for what it is worth.

They spent a lot of time making the lobby look nice, but the hallways were strewn with dirty dishes from room service. Our room had a glass half full with water and two straws sitting on the floor outside the door when we checked in. The hallways are stuffy and hot. The air conditioning vent was hanging down by one screw when we got in and we had to pop it in place. the staff was cordial at best. It's at the airport which is nice, but i would never stay here again- i'd rather grab a shuttle from a better hotel- not worth the money or the convenience.

Prompt attention, shuttle service excellent and proximity to airport. No 24 hour room service and front desk does not pick up phone. Employees very pleasant and helpful, older building and in my opinion an interior face lift is needed.

We had some problems with the heater and the water in the bathroom, and never received our wake-up call in the morning. When we checked out and explained to the front desk the problems we had so they could work on them the reply was - "your credit card please". I had never seen anything like this - no "sorry" or anything. When I requested a Manager I was told they don't have one on the weekends. I had a feeling this was going to be a bad stay when we first got to our room and the door was open and we didn't have to use our key. Not worth the money!

Very helpful staff. Sleep number bed was either not working or it was the worst mattress I have ever slept on. Changed the sleep number to various settings none of which were comfortable.

NOTHING but the price Almost everything dirty, unattractive, worn. I would not recommend this hotel.

I ready some of the poor reviews of the Radisson Airport in Tulsa, so I was apprehensive. However, I was very pleasantly surprised. Our room was very tastefully decorated, we had Sleep Number beds which were "outstanding" with down comforter and pillows, the place was one of the cleanest I have had--including the bathroom--specifically the bathtub/shower!! It was very well done in gorgeous tile work. Plus, we were at the airport in less than 5 minutes. I recommend this hotel!!

The only good thing about the hotel was the pool that my children enjoyed! The restaurant was slow and couldn't get the order right! The woman at the desk was quite rude! She seemed bothered to even have to help you! The toilet wasn't secured to the floor very well! I was happy to have a high shower head for us tall people! The Sleep Number beds left alot to be desired. That is the worst night sleep I've had in a long time! If the cut the price in half it might have been a decent deal!!!! They need to keep more staff on hand to help out in the restaurant and with guests coming in and leaving. I had a load of stuff and none of the staff offered any assistance. Another guest helped out though! Next time I'm definately staying somewhere else!

This hotel was wonderful. I loved the sleep number bed, and learned my number is 85! however I did have trouble learning how to work the bed.

I was very unhappy when I checked in at 11pm, in 95 degree heat after traveling multiple places in 1 day. There were 4 men and me, a woman, waiting to be checked in. The woman was checking in the man in front of me, and she announced his room number out loud and showed him how to get there. When I stepped up, I requested that I did not get a room with an adjoining room (locked in the middle). She said to the employee next to her that she didn't really know the symbols very well, and he responded that there weren't very many of those rooms, so chances are that I wouldn't get one. When she was getting my key-card ready I was trying to indicated to her not to say my room outloud, but she did anyway. I didn't know what to do, but kind of embarrassed to say that I didn't want the men around me to know my room number for safety reasons. So I went to my room anyway, and it was a room with an adjoining room. So I called, and told them I needed a new room and did not want my room told out loud. Then I had to walk back to the front desk with my luggage to get a new room-key. He apologized, but they should know better for everyone's privacy especially a woman traveling alone.

Friendly staff, sleep number bed, soft pillows. Bathroom was way too small and not enough electrical outlets. Convenient to airport, friendly staff, clean, but the bathroom was way too small for two people. Okay for a single traveler. We arrived late and the hotel restaurant was closed, and we would have had to leave the hotel/airport vicinity to find something to eat. The hotel staff offered a list of food venues who delivered to the hotel, but none of them could deliver in less than an hour and a half. We went to bed hungry.

I was given an immediate upgrade with no charge. There was trash under the beds. Could tell it is an older hotel, but the worst part was the trash under the beds of the first room. We were moved to another room, and there was trash under that bed, also, and the window faced a brick wall. I will not stay in that hotel again.

Good quality for the price paid. Restaurant service, slow.
