Friendly staff, easy access, handy. Rooms are shabby, in need of a face lift.

Hotel advertised sleep number bed but we did not get one. They also mixed up our rate but they cleared that up.

Hotel was convenient with free parking, near banks, restaurants, supermarket and bank. Staff was friendly and helpful, however, the facilities especially the fitness room equipment like treadmill and stationary bike were not functioning well. The bedroom was comfortable but looks like the floor was not cleaned as there were traces of dirt in the washroom.

Location was convenient and free parking. Room and bathroom was less upscale than expected. This hotel was decent and I believed it was one of the most upscale ones, if not the most, in the area. Staff was friendly and helpful, but I didn't consider the quality of the hotel to be 4 star.

Good stay, and next to a good grill. We were there because the hotel was on our way to Niagara falls. The person at the front desk was kind and the restaurant accepted us even if they were soon closing.The swimming pool looked nice (we didn´t have time to go in).

Room size was great, friendly and efficient staff. No one at front desk upon checkout. Good comfortable hotel, would definitely recommend to family or friends. Convenient location (was spending the night because a family member was in the London hospital) very close to hospital and restaurants.

Room was not clean and bathroom especially was terribly bad. The hotel itself was an older building but lacks charm. Management was rather stuffy without reason. They had construction going on with lots of noise and drilling all day and early in the morning hours.

The staff. The water stains on the roof causing chunks to break off. Terrible hotel. The roof was badly water stained and falling apart. The jacuzzi had no hot water. The fridge was not working. Found bugs on the couch (dead).
