Hotel was clean, quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful. Iron was unusable some minor maintenance was not done. Good for business travel stop over.

Great Hotel. I was there on a business trip and was impressed on how friendly the staff is. There?s Free wireless internet access in the entire hotel which made it extremely easy for me to get work done. Upon my arrival the desk staff asked if I needed transportation or directions to my company (GOOD TOUCH) then asked what time I needed a wake up call which is great since I'm always late. Every staff member acknowledged me from housekeeping to the desk staff. I was very impressed on the great customer service.

My husband and I were very happy with the accommodations at the Radisson- Chelmsford. The two front-desk staff were very pleasant and friendly. It was good trying the sleep number bed. I think we might buy one. I'm sure we'll stay there again since we have family in the area, and it's in a very convenient location to the highway. Also, we ate dinner in the bar and it was very good, and the server was very pleasant.

Was attending a two day conference nearby. Was very happy with location, and accomodations. It was actually a bit better than expected. There was a fire-alarm very early morning on one day, but other than that, there are aboslutely no complaints.

Great service and great rooms.

This hotel was very clean and everyone courteous. My biggest problem was getting a wakeup call. I had signed up in advance so I didn't concern myself the first night. The next morning I didn't get a call. I stopped by the front desk that evening. They put me in for the next 2 nights. The next morning still no wakeup call. The last morning, I actually did get a wakeup call, but it was 30 minutes late. I was also charged for a movie which I did not see. When I got home, I tried to call a manager, left several messages, but no one ever called back. If you don't need a wakeup call, this is a very nice hotel. I won't trust them again because I need those calls to get where I need to go on time.

The hotel is very clean and I like the fact that you can get a decent meal even if you arrive late at night the check in and check out is prompt and efficient

It was decorated very nicely, nice updates. The guest check in was in one building, then you had to drive to another building to reach your room. Nice hotel. I arrive, bags in hand to check in. Staff very friendly. Then I had to take bags back to my car and drive around the property to reach my room. Room was very attractive, but furnishings were not so comfortable. Just because it looks lovely doesn't mean it feels so! Good dinner in the Independence Pub, bartender accommodating and friendly. TV set up is hard to see if you are sitting in certain areas of the bar. Cheesecake was old. Rooms are relaxing. Unfortunately, my room was right behind the loading area of the post office from 4:30 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. the constant beep-beep of postal trucks kept me awake. It's a nice hotel.

Upon arriving in town by a minor highway, the hotel staff could not tell me how to get there, even though I told them where I was and was less than 1/2 mile away. The only way they could tell me how to get there was to get on the interstate and get off at exit 34. They then told me to turn what ended up being the wrong way, away from the hotel. To find the place, I had to get on the highway, head the wrong way 5 miles, get back on, and drive by the hotel, spotting it from the interstate. Hotel staff should have written directions from any major road, and know where the hotel is located. The hotel was fine, nice restaurant nearby.

Good location; convenient to everything. Very long walk to registration desk. This is not a bad place but could use an upgrade. The heat and air units are loud and it seems like every door in the place squeaks badly. Pretty good lounge area. Parking is a little tight. The staff is young and generally unexperienced working in the service industry. No real problem.

I have stayed at this hotel 4 times, before this last trip. Never had a problem. Something has changed. Phones in room did not work, 1 ice machine for 5 floors, room service was horrible...(45 minutes after the time we scheduled for breakfast)....always something missing in housekeeping....1 day, no toilet paper, 1 day no coffee, etc. When confronted, the staff would look at you like you had 2 heads and say I'm sorry. Anyway, we have decided that we will not be staying there again.

Seemed to have a nice space for parties receptions etc. The hotel has a nice and not so nice section/2 buildings. The main building with the ball rooms is nice, and was well decorated for a wedding. My room did not have the sleep number beds they said to have in all rooms. I am not sure why, but one of the doors I walked past seemed to be busted in. That was a little disturbing.

We have stayed in Radisson Hotel in the past and have always very satisfied. Upon arrival in our room, there was no soap or any other type of tolitery. When I called down to the desk, a bag was delivered and hooked to our room door with soap. No shampoo or anything else. The bathroom door to enter the bathroom had black finger marks all over it with about an inch of dust on each door pane. Obviously, never cleaned in a long time. I requested that our bed be made up with clean linen the next day (they ask if you wish clean or not for engery conservation), it was not made up with clean linen. I have my own check system to see if they comply. Would not stay in this hotel again. The room had the guest survey inertactive on the TV but conveniently out of order.

We liked the room, the television stations available. We disliked the pool, there was a community group there and the locker rooms were an indescribable mess. Wewent tothis hotel just to do a quick overnight as a family, swim in a pool together and have a nice meal out. The room was okay. The pool had at least 25 community kids in it when we were there and they left the locker rooms a tragic mess, hair on the floor and it was disgusting!

The Radisson Hotel and Suites in Clemsford, Ma, was very easy to get to. The friendly atmosphere of the check in area was inviting. The room was above my expectation, the new select comfort beds were a plus. The Room had a nice sitting area for reading are and a desk with a chair. I liked the idea of the closet with a door, so all your personal effects were not in differet places. Having the Hotel so close to the highway is a great plus.

Hotel is very nice looking, lots of business rooms, and room in general. The cleaning staff yells when talking to each other. I am a sound sleeper they woke me up twice. Heard them complaining about tips left.

Overall, I thought the Radisson Hotel and Suites in Chelmsford was a great hotel. The sleep number beds were very comfortable, and the room was cozy. The pool was very warm, and the fitness room was in perfect shape. The only downside is that there is not a lot of tourist stuff near it. The closet major attraction is Boston, which is an hours ride. There is a Walgreens in walking distance, a gas station across the street, easy access to I-495, and a Khols department store a 5 min. ride away. Otherwise, you need to drive at least 20 mins to find other stores (like Wal-mart, and the nearest mall is across the boarder in NH, which is about a 40 min ride). However, I must point out the folks who work in the Independance Grill. A+, 100% BEST service. They are extremely friendly, and the food is spectacular.
