It was close to restaurants and shopping. Clean, attractive, underground parking and small pool but clean.

I have enjoyed myself everytime I have stayed at the Radisson. This is my choice place to stay alone or with my family. The staff are very helpful and assisted me with directions and questions about things my family could do while there. I usually stay in one of their rooms with two queens but this time I occupied one of their suites, great room. The staff are always welcoming and everyone goes out of their way to make my familys stay quite enjoyable. I really enjoy their pool and fitness facitlity. My family loves to Shop and they directed us to a great big mall a block away, and what was beneficial is by the time we had experienced all our outings we really did not want to go far for dinner, the charcoals steakhouse is right there really helpful and next time I go I want to try del something del dante I think hear its great. Great trip to Kitchener

Friendly staff. Very accommodating when we needed a late check out. Breakfast buffet quality was poor and price was high.

Did not get the room I reserved with king bed and sleep number bed and no feathers (I?m allergic). Floor and curtains were stained. Maintenance barged into my room unannounced and told me I could not use the bathroom for 3 hrs. My anniversary weekend was ruined. I would never go to this hotel again; I was treated badly and did not get my money?s worth. I regret my stay at Radisson.

Breakfast in bed was easy and good. Glasses and mugs were the real thing. Nothing. This is a top-notch 3 star hotel. It was clean, quiet, easy to find, friendly staff.

We went to get away from the kids and do some shopping. Was walking distance to the Fairview Park Mall. Ordered in room service which was wonderful. Sleep number bed was the best sleep i have ever had in a hotel. Will be returning for sure

Liked the fact that we could check in early, arrived early for a funeral, great to change prior to attending, thanks. Price was right, allowed us to stay overnight-, if full price was our only option would probably have driven back home same day, 10 hours of driving.

Iliked the sleep number bed, individual preference was great. Being by the exit doorand ice/pop machine. I found this hotel very comfortable, clean, and friendly. I called down to the desk for something and it was received promptly.

The bed was very comfortable and staff was efficient. Check took longer than expected. Conveniently located close to highways and restaurants. The staff is very attentive and was quite efficient in their work. The sleep number bed was much appreciated.

Our room was next to a hospitality suite for a girls basketball team and we had to change rooms after 10:00 pm because of noise. The accommodations were OK, except for the noise mentioned from the girls basketball team.

The sleep number beds were comfortable and the front desk wasstaff very friendly. I did not like that you couldn't keep the fan in the room on all night, it was set only to temperature. Nice, clean rooms and friendly staff. My only complaint is that we couldn't have the fan running in our room all the time, it was set to a temperature and would only come on to reach that temperature.
