The Radisson Motel was very nice. Clean and comfortable. We had an early flight and asked for a wakeup call, which never happened. We enjoyed our dinner in the resturant. They are very friendly and polite. Great location if your of asian decent.

Location and ease of access was great! The in room ammenities were almost non existant. The room did have a mini fridge but if you are expecting bath gel you will be disappointed. While the housekeeping staff tried to do their best, the carpets were extremely soiled, the sheets had holes and were worn and the room appearance was dark and dingy. There are many other hotel choices in this area.

I stayed here with my Mom and sister to attend a wedding. The hotel fit all our needs and we were very happy with the facilities and staff. The only not-great experience was at the lobby bar, where we met some friends on Saturday afternoon. We ordered coffee and it took forever to get it. Furthermore, we got the bill that belonged to another table - fortunately, my Mom reviewed it and caught the mistake - we only had coffees and a juice, and had we not noticed (especially since we were with friends and distracted), we would have ended up paying for much more.The only other thing I'd say is that it is great that they have rooms with both a King and a Queen but if you really need this configuration, make sure to call ahead of time and have them reserve one for you. We were going to have one of these rooms but since we had a late arrival, they were all gone and we ended up with 2 Queen beds instead. The location is terrific since it is accross the street from the Aberdeen (Hong Kong style shopping) Mall, which also has a Starbucks in it. OVERALL, it is a great facility and we would definitely stay there again!

We loved our stay at the Radission. Outstanding Service. We called as soon as we landed and they picked us up within 15 min. At the hotel they provided information on all sites and status [due to weather condition]. Each day they helped us plan out our trip. Hotel is very close to the bus stop, which made it easier to get to and from downtown. It's a little bit futher from downtown [about 30-40 min bus ride] but worth it. After all you'll be using the public transit to get around. The daily pass covers buses, trains and the ferry [not the major ones]. "

Wow, it was beautiful. Sleep number beds! Too much construction around the hotel. WOW. This is more then a 3 star hotel. I would definitely come back to this one again. The other 3 stars did not compare.

Location is close to shopping areas. Not too many in-hotel restaurant choices. Recently renovated and therefore very up-scale decor. Rooms, and bathroom were very clean. Parking spaces not enough and over-charged for $10.00 per day.

Nice hotel, but not clean. Smelly lobby and rooms. I am disappointed with the standards for a Radisson Inn. It was not close to any other Radisson Inn that I had stayed.

Good business location. Paying additional for parking, under construction. Comfortable rooms, convenient to airport and Richmond area businesses. Many restaurants (mostly Asian cuisine) within walking distance.

Great location, comfortable beds. Air conditioning was not strong enough. Check-in was not the best. At 8:00 pm on a weeknight, there was only one staff member at the front counter, thus I had to wait for 5 mins before I could check-in. However the check-in process was speedy and the staff member was friendly and courteous. I requested a higher level floor and the staff member honored my request by giving me a room on the top floor. The room was clean and renovated. Firmness adjustable beds was nice. LCD screen TV. Two complaints: 1) The air conditioning had a maximum setting of 18.5C, which was not comfortable enough (It was cooler to open the window!); 2) The control for drain in the bathtub did not raise or lower the plunger correctly. Otherwise, the hotel stay was excellent. Check-out was swift.

Recently re-done rooms are very nice. Renovation still under way in lobby and restaurant. The rooms had just been re-done and they were very nice. Great TV, beds good, clean and attractive. I loved it! The only negative is that the lobby and restaurant were still being refurbished and the lobby is basically nonexistent, just a couple of folding tables. The restaurant is not functioning at present, but it does offer a limited room service and a very small breakfast buffet located in a conference room. But don't let that deter you, the rooms are great!

The sleep comfort bed was very nice. Hotel under construction. Restaurant was understaffed. My friends Ham and cheese sandwich came without the cheese. It was corrected.
