It was clean. Bed was terrible and the people next door sounded like they were in our room.

The room was very pleasant and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. We arrived in the early evening and enjoyed a wonderful dinner buffet in the hotel dining room. The food was very good and the service excellent; all in all a wonderful value! Our daughter went swimming in the pool after dinner, so it was a little late in the evening. When a staff person came in to close the pool, it was done very politely and without any sense of being rushed out the door.We came on a visit to a local college and will certainly stay here again if our daughter choses to attend this school!

A very nice hotel in a quiet little city in Central New York. The son of a Hotel Manager for a 5 star hotel in the heart of Manhattan, I was quite impressed on how the Radisson measured up to a top notch Manhattan Hotel. The sfaff was extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were a nice size for the price and very clean. Beds are outstanding as long as u know your sleep number. Bathrooms were very chic, CLEAN and big enough for most claustrophobics. I've already made my reservation for my scheduled Thanksgiving visit to Utica. Hands down the best option if you are planning on staying in Utica.

My wife and I had a very positive experiecnce at this hotel. The service was top rate along with the restaurant and selections of in house activities. We found the employees to be kind and extremely accomadating. We will be back there again when in the area for sure.

The bed was great. Very comfortable. The dinner buffet was excellent. The food taste very good. The bathroom is a little small. Had to pay in order to park. Overall we had a good experience at the Radisson. I would definitely stay there again. The staff was very friendly. The pool area was very nice.

Utica is a ghost town but even if the town was a disappointment I was prepared to enjoy the hotel. An unfriendly rude staff member at check-in with and a 7 parking fee in a ghost town were annoying. There's no complimentary breakfast buffet on weekends. My room was small and the furniture stained and torn. The sleep number beds weren't comfortable. Dinner in the hotel restaurant was mediocre (but the waiter was pleasant) and dinner for 2 vegetarians cost 75. The high point was the biggish pool and game area (pool table, ping-pong, air hockey).

The Radisson Utica Center in Utica NY was a clear example of affordable luxury. The sleep number beds with wonderful linens, indoor pool and jacuzzi, bar/lounge/restaurant and friendly staff made our stay perfect. As a couple planning to spend most of our time visiting the baseball Hall of Fame and other attractions in Cooperstown for this year's induction ceremony, we found it difficult to leave the room it was so pleasant and romantic. The hotel is nearby popular fast food and chain restaurants, is an easy on/off local routes and the NYS Thruway and is conveniently located within 40 minutes of Cooperstown and nearby Oneonta. Another attraction for me is the Turning Stone Resort and Casino only 20 miles away. I highly recommend this hotel. Enjoy your stay!

The amenities are amazing. Wish there was a continental breakfast. Wish we didn't stay with all of the hockey teams. The place was overcrowded.

This is a beautiful hotel at a very affordable price. Each room features Select Comfort beds and is beautifully decorated. Would definately stay here again.

Well appointed room. Does not look like a great part of town! Arrived at 7 p.m. on Thanksgiving day. Restaurant and bar closed at 7 p.m. No food or drink available that evening - and every restaurant/bar in town was closed with the exception of Denny's! Not good!

I wouldn't think of staying anywhere else in Utica. This is an excellent and classy motel, with no negatives that I can think of.

Nice- warm- pleasant. Have to pay $7.00 to park in addition to room. Only 3 star in area. Better prices in other cities because of competition.

Room service. Soda machine stole my money twice. Had to go to service desk in middle of night. I felt this was a very nice hotel overall. I felt safe because in order to get anywhere in the hotel (including the elevators) you needed a room key. Because I have a two year old, it made me feel very safe. Also, every time we stay at a hotel, on the first night when we get there, my son freaks out crying. This hotel offers cable for free, so my son could watch his cartoons in the morning. We got there in the middle of the night the first night, so needless to say, there were no shows on for him, and because he was freaking out, he wouldn't go back to bed. They had a great movie selection (for an expensive price) but it was worth it.

We were very pleased with the accommodations and service. Had to kneel on toilet to get to coffee pot. Not a good option. Except for the availability of the coffee maker, which is very important, the accommodations were great. The coffee was extra good.

Comfortable rooms. Parking Rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Parking was close in a protected garage but at night was dark and few if any people were about. Lobby area was small and empty most of the time .Room service was prompt and pleasant Coffee was good.
