The sleep number bed was great! The room seemed to smell a bit like cigarette smoke even though it was a non smoking room. The phone in our room did not work properly. The hotel has an indoor pool that is great for kids and was always full of them! Check in/out went smoothly. Overall good stay.

The indoor pool was awesome. This was a fantastic experience for my family and I. The indoor pool is perfect for young children! I've never seen anything like it.

When we checked in May 1st at about 11:00 pm we were met cordially buy the front desk clerk. Room was beautiful and very clean, with the beds wonderful for us the weary travelers. After having problems with our flight is was nice to come to our rooms to finally relax. Next morning we went to 11th floor (Club Level) for continental breakfast. They had a nice spread but the next morning we found out that it is served only Monday thru Friday. Saturday morning when our room card would not work. Front desk clerk said we were not on that floor. I presented Travel agency papers and clerk said she did not know why night clerk did not put us on the 11th floor. We had been given room on the 8th floor. The clerk gave us two free buffet breakfast for the error. The buffet was excellent with the waitress being very attentive. We did have drinks and dinner in bar. The drinks were not the best and food cold. I had problems with lost luggage and used the shuttle to return to Tulsa International Airport. It was prompt and shuttle drivers were very courteous being sure to take baggage on and off van. Overall we had a very good experience at Radisson Hotel Tulsa and we would very definitely stay again.

I enjoyed the staff at this hotel as they would do everything in and sometimes above thier powers to accomodate requests e.g. courtesy shuttle to locations outside the range and late night internet help since Wi-Fi was not working.

The Radisson was clean , quiet, and uncrowded. The beds were uncomfortable and room service stopped serving before we returned from our concert. The hotel was okay. It was clean, had a bar with pool tables, a business center to check E-mail, a fitness room, and a restaurant. It had a nice indoor pool/ play area for the kids. We didn't eat at the restaurant (or room service) because we got back to the hotel too late. We didn't have time to check out the fitness center, either.

I was very disappointed. I have a bad ankle and am unable to use fitness machines that require leg action. That's all they have. I always look for a hotel with a pool. That is how I get my excercise. It's 3 feet deep and made into a child's play lagoon. They do not include breakfast as it says in the description and they said too bad, it's travel agencys fault. I couldn't use the whirpool because there were always kids in it. At one point there were 10, all about 10 or younger in age. The hotel has no supervision for this. There is a sign hanging up with the rules that stated no one under 16, but I saw one parent in there and at least 12-15 kids. I didn't mistype this! If your on vacation with kids this is the spot for you. It's clean, the rooms are good, the beds are adjustable, free bottled water and coffee with the room. Also if you enjoy night life, this is not the spot. We waited 15 mins. to get waited on at the bar. There wasn't a bar tender in sight. Then two walked in together. Breakfast isn't served after 9:30. Huh?

This hotel is close enough to the airport to be convenient, and far enough away to avoid the noise and congestion. It is clean, friendly, and offers a host of business options as well as a pool, fitness center, and play area for the kids. Overall, a great value!

The hotel has some exceptional staff, however, there are a couple that truly need to provide better customer service. They were not helpful when asking for help in getting around Tulsa, or help in solving problems.

The room was nice, and it was very clean. Too many kids the night we were there; they were noisy. We like the room! The bar staff was friendly. We will probably stay again.

Stayed here because my house lost power due to an ice storm. The staff was friendly and helpful, but there were a number of little things that kept me from giving this hotel a higher rating. The ice machine on my floor never did work, neither did the remote control for the T.V.. Housekeeping would clean my room but usually failed to remove the dirty glassware. Also be aware that you can hear most of what is going on in your neighbors rooms. The sleep number bed was great and the club floor lounge was nice when it was open. The hotel was completely full the entire time I was staying there, and that may have led to some of the lapses in their usual service.

Greater comfort factor than many others I have stayed with. The wireless internet was virtually non-existent - had to use cable. In general, this hotel was very quiet and comfortable. Many amenities are available for travelers of all descriptions. I would recommend this hotel to business or leisure travelers with or without the family in tow!Excellent accomodations!

We took our kids here for the weekend and they loved it. The indoor water area for them was great. They didnt want to leave.the breakfast was a bit pricey (10/person) so we went next door to McDonalds. It wouldve been better if there was a continental breakfast.Aslo the beds took some getting used to if you have never slept in sleep number bed.

People where very friendly and we felt very safe. Would have liked for the rooms to have been more sound proof. The hotel was in a very good location for where we needed to be while in Tulsa.

The beds were comfortable. The huge group of international students that were present and very rude. Although the hotel appeared very nice the pool was not what would be considered a pool. It was only 3 feet deep and was only good for very very young children. I waited at the front desk to request extra towels for over 5 minutes and they waited on 3 people that came up after me before they waited on me. I felt the employees were very rude and unfriendly.

Big, comfortable room. TV set was mediocre. Convenient location. Restaurant was good. The room I had was huge and very quiet and comfortable.

Breakfast buffet - excellent. Business - very nice. Fitness area - very nice. No bellman or luggage cart available upon check-in. This is a very nice hotel - clean, nicely furnished with more than adequate amenities. Would be good for families with small children. Very convenient to major highways and shopping.

Doors were being slammed shut throughout the night. There is not enough insulation to keep the noise out.

I loved the big window and the view. No bath mat in a very slippery bathtub. Nice room. Only complaint was lack of a bath mat.
