Helpful staff at hotel. Specified to Orbiz rep that we needed 4 beds in the suite. He assured me that it was available. It was NOT. Hotel would have supplied a roll away bed for an additional $50 per night.

Wonderful location. The room decor was a bit depressing and the bathroom was far from the sleeping area. The overall package was very enjoyable. The first impression of the hotel was not as favorable, however on later reflection the hotel stay became ideal.

Although there was a mix up with the rooms upon arrival (I had asked for 2 beds when I booked and the room only had 1 bed), staff were very accommodating and apologetic and managed to fix the problem as promptly as possible. I really enjoyed my stay there and the room was wonderful! The staff were always willing to help and very friendly. The location of the hotel is also fantastic and close to everything.

We have just returned from 4 x nights Sydney.We are a family of 4 with children aged 11 and 13 years.This hotel suited our needs perfectly.The apartment was roomy with clean.It had a full kitchen and two bathrooms including a bath.We were attracted to this hotel for the indoor pool ( a must in winter) and the location.We had the mono-rail at our door.Darling Harbour and Cockle Bay 5 minite walk.Lots of family friendly eating locations as the spanish quarter and china town are close by.The staff were friendly and had a can do attitude.There is no view but we spent very little time there as there is too much to do.

Close to Darling Habour. Dirty also had an electrical fire at the time we stayed. Unsafe there was a fire in the hotel at the time we stayed (8 to 11 of July 2007)the problem was with bad wiring in an air conditioning on the 8th floor (how many other air conditioning units could be bad in the hotel?). We were not given enough information from Management about the situation which could have been costly. In fact we chose not to stay at the Radisson Hotel And Suites on our return home due to this safety concern and we went to the Crowne Plaza down the street, it is in the same location, (even closer to Darling Harbor in fact). It is cleaner and had much better service and their was no fires while we were there).

Good location to explore Darling Habour & China Town, need to be aware of the noise from the monorail outside hotel, but this was not a problem for us. Would use again.

We stayed at an upgraded room but the location was still very noisy, monorail and traffic noise was noticable and noise from nearby pub/club was very high on friday night through to 4am. Radisson did not have any double glazing or other noise mitigating arrangements. We've stayed at better for the same price.
