This hotel is in a good location if you like the commercialized area of Niagara Falls. I myself find it to be an annoyance. The rooms themselves have an old feel to them. No complimentary breakfast. In all it is not a terrible place to stay; just not to my liking.

Stayed 4 days for honeymoon. Stayed in Jacuzzi Suite with breath-taking view of Canadian falls and upper Niagara River. Room was well appointed, clean and comfortable with beautiful corner Jacuzzi and King Sleep Number Bed. We encountered a few inconveniences during our stay. The lav. needed a new valve, the light over the Jacuzzi was out, and the coffee pot died. These issues were corrected promptly by a very friendly and courteous staff. They were also very knowlegable of the area and its attractions and offered many suggestions to us. We did not use the pool or the fitness room as we were out enjoying the sights and the local culture. The hotel is located very near the top of the Incline Railway which takes you directly to the Canadian Falls. We recommend purchasing the Adventure Pass from any Info. Center. This pass gives you 4 popular attractions plus half price admission to many more and a 2-day people mover pass which allows unlimited use of the Incline Railway and the shuttles along the Niagara River. We also recommend the Whirlpool Jet Boat Ride for anyone in good physical condition looking for a real thrill. Niagara on the Lake is a must visit. We were out from 9am past 11pm each day and never experienced all we wanted to. We never made to the American side attractions or any of the numerous wineries. Looking forward to next trip.

Location to the Falls. Unwilling to move us to a better room - we had the second floor overlooking the parking lot - not what we wanted or expected. Clean room, close to the Falls and Casino. Be careful about the parking - it is off site and another $20! Hotel was unwilling to move us to a better room even though the hotel was not full.

I reserved a 2 queen bed cityview, and we got a 2 king size bedroom with sleep number beds for the same price when we got there. THis was nice. But when we got to the room it had hairs all over the 2 beds. So we called the front desk and they gave us another room right away with a fallsview. This was nice also. Everything was nice in this hotel, except for the hairs on the beds, the water pressure in the bathroom which was too strong, and the chlorine in the pool...too much..couldn't get in it. Parking lot was $10 not bad compared to other places. People there were nice. And the restaurant, Tony Roma's was very nice and inexpensive, compared to other restaurants around there...the food was good also. And the hotel gives you a free voucher for breakfast but you have to ask for it. Otherwise they won't say anything about it.

The pool is a wading pool. The personnel are rude and unaccomadating, the rooms are just above shabby. The air conditioner had all the louvers broken and sounded like a jet plane landing and taking off. The pool filter broke the 2nd day of our stay and they let people swim in it for 2 days before closing it. The TV reception was horrible. The closet doors were broken and swung free. The bed was short sheeted when we went to bed the first night, and we woke up on a bare mattress. One the third day of our stary, we tried to get the bed changed, and we were left with an unmade bed and had to call the front desk to get it made up. This is after one very rude maid informed us WE'D JUST HAVE TO WAIT THEN BECAUSE THE PRESSER WAS BROKEN DOWN. She didn't clean the bathroom and left us very little for towels that day because she was mad we asked her to do her job. All in all I'd say don't ever stay there unless you are prepared to waste your money and leave more aggrevated from a vacation than you were at work. I was looking forward to going back home and back to work and that's just not how you should spend those precious hours of vacation time and your hard earned money.

The Hotel was smaller than I thought it would be and the rooms were smaller that I thought. Parking was to expensive, $20 a day is way to much to park your vehicle for one day and the parking lot was outside with minimal security. But the Hotel was in a great location. Just about a mile from everything in Niagara Falls in Canada.

The Hotel itself was great! I was very impressed with the hotels staff. They offered very speedy service at an unbeatable price. The service offered by the hotel was speedier, and better than any other service we received from restaurants, bars, and tourist locations. We had a view of the falls directly from our room, and didn't have to pay the incredible prices that other hotels charge. Niagara falls are a beautiful sight to see, and I suggest viewing them at some point in your life. However, do watch out for the tourist locations in Niagara falls. Most of the tourist destinations like the 4D movies, IMAX movies, Restaurants, supposedly scary haunted houses, and small excursions are utterly horrible. The overall level of service and quality we recieved outside of the hotel was very poor. Most restaurants I walked away from very displeased. If what you are doing is part of the Niagara Parks commission, you will probably have a good time and get value from your dollar. The Niagara Parks Commission handles everything that has to do with the falls itself, including transportation around the Niagara Falls area. If you are doing anything else that is not part of the Niagara Parks Commission, be very wary! Also the nearby town of Niagara on the Lake is full of wineries! We went on an entire day trip to wineries to do tastings and try all the different wines. You should also try their delicious Icewines, which are a special type of wine that Canada is famous for.

The room and view was amazing and the front desk was very helpful. I have nothing bad to say and I'm a hard person to please. This hotel was very clean and had an amazing view of the falls. I have already recommend this hotel to many of people. The price of this room was a great. I will be back for sure. I loved the hot tub looking over the falls. It was the first time that I've been in a hot tub that actually filled with hot water. It was very nice and relaxing. Is just want I needed after planning our wedding!

Arrived on Valentine's day, check-in was fast and our room was very nice with a good view of the edge of the Horseshoe Falls from the 5th floor. The room had a large jacuzzi tub in the bathroom and the water is aqua-colored, just like the river. Beautiful! There is a small indoor pool and an exercise room which we did not use; the pool water clarity was not good so I skipped it. You will want to know that there is a fee of $20 per day (plus two different taxes) for parking; all parking is valet parking because the lot is tiny. This means you will need to allow extra time for your vehicle to be brought to the hotel entrance when you are ready to leave. The staff is friendly and it was a good experience overall. This hotel is right behind the larger Marriott but you will still need to drive to another parking lot ($10 per day) to walk along the falls. The incline railway was closed when we visited. I do not recommend the Tony Roma's restaurant in the hotel based on our experience there (poor service and general lack of efficiency); I'm sure there are good meals to be had nearby.

My fianc? and I stayed 2 nights at the Radisson Fallsview through the travel agency at a better rate than the hotel offers. It turned out to be the worst customer service experience of our lives! After check-in a sign in the elevator stated that the pool was closed. The hotel had not informed us or the travel agency at check in or before - they are SUPPOSED to altert the travel agency. The front desk instructed us to walk across the street in a snow storm to use the pool at the Sheraton. Our room satisfactory except that there were disgusting hairs all over the bedding. On the final morning we woke up early to get a jump start. We ended up waiting 3 1/2 hours for hot water and then opted for cold showers just so that we could leave the hotel! The front desk did not inform us of the water situation or make alternate arrangements for us to bathe. They said to try again in an hour and to disregard the checkout time stating that we could leave whenever we finished showering. We were promised a 20 deduction in parking fees for the inconvenience. While waiting for hot water the cleaning staff disturbed us and the front desk rudely asked when we planned to "vacate the room". Upon check-out the manager informed us that the front desk had LIED and we were NOT going to get a 20 deduction in parking fees. They offered us an unprofessional letter stating that we could stay at the hotel one night in the OFF SEASON for 3.00 less than what we had payed the travel aggency... The Radisson has a 100% satisfaction guarantee or your money back - but they gave us a 3 coupon and we are disgusted! Do not stay here.

The hotel was good the room was well appointed but when I asked for a non-smoking room the clerk said there would be a * a day extra charge. Your form only had smoking rooms, I think that this is an oversight on your part. All in all we had a good trip. We spent little time in the room we spent most of our days and night touring the area. I don't think I will stay at a Radisson with out making sure I have a non-smoking room.

Me and my boyfriend went here for our 5 year anniversary. The room we got was a fallsview, non-smoking suite with a king sized bed and a jacuzzi tub. The view was amazing, you could see the horseshoe falls right from our window. The higher up you go the better view but we were on the 5th floor and it was still amazing. The bed was a sleepnumber and very comfortable. The jucuzzitub was awesome and the room was just the perfect little romantic getaway. It isn't the most lush place I've every stayed, but it was just right for us who didn't have a lot of money. There didn't seem to be really any room service and the Falls are a little bit of a walk to get there. But all the Canada hotels with fallsviews are. The parking was * dollars a night, so just an FYI. Overall, I loved the room. Perfect if you want a nice place to stay with a fallsview and don't want to spend under * for a room with a view.

The room was great, excellent location, we were able to go shopping to local outlets and points of interest. Minutes from NOTL. Great dining close by. Window view was exceptional! We would have really enjoyed a hot tub in the pool area, but the pool area itself was still nice without, a quiet & relaxing place to read & talk.

If you are a non smoker, then stress you want a non smoking room, the room we had reeked of cigarette smoke so much it was giving us headaches. Also this property has no ample parking. We paid for the Jr Suite, and was only given a regular room, the staff would not accomodate us because they gave our room away. Save your money, find another hotel.

The view on the CORNER room on the 15th Floor was still obstructed by the Marriot. The room was like living in a hallway for 3 days. Toilet would not flush, no help from the front desk. Felt nearly chlostrophobic after a day. This hotel is the farthest of the major hotels from the falls when considering actually walking to the falls or the casino. Gift shop had limited selection. Food selection was very limited as well. Parking was HORRIBLE. Did not refund any parking fees even though I couldn't park there AND had to pay to park in another lot 2 out of the 3 days. I would really go with the Marriot or Embasy as they are the ones that were blocking this hotel's view. Family had fun but there were too many hiccups to rate this hotel anything better than pretty awful.

The view from our room was fantastic, and our stay was very satisfying. The food in the restaurant was dry and unattractive. Way overpriced. We had a very good good visit. One negative was the price paid for overnight parking. First time ever for us to get to pay tax on parking.

There are two wings to the hotel. The relatively inexpensive wing has non smoking floors under smoking floors. When we first entered our non-smoking room it smelled of smoke. They put an air ionizer while we went out which didn't seem to help. I woke up numerous times to the smell. They moved us to the tower which is the non-smoking wing when we complained. The bed and pillows were not all the comfortable though they looked nice. The pool was very small and not a reflection of what impressed us on the internet. Parking at the hotel was * per day. I couldn't understand the justification for that since they have their own lot.
