Friendly staff, air beds, comfortable room, location worked well for us. Broken closet mirror, missing wall outlet, very little toilet paper in room. I'd stay there again. The staff was great. They offered to give us another room, but we declined as we were basically there just to sleep.

Sofa in king rooms, separate vanity from bathroom. Vanity is small. Great hotel. No complaints and a great price. Sofa in king rooms a definite plus. Very fine staff and location. I will definitely return!

Location. Size of rooms. Old, but has been remodeled. Rooms are small, especially the bathroom. I will look elsewhere the next time I visit Eastlake.

I love the sleep # beds! Way too many chain smokers outside the front doors. Extremely comfortable bed, so-so accommodations overall, breakfast was good, shower was hot, ironing board was falling apart. The hotel is ok, but has some work to do.

Met all of our expectations for cleanliness, comfort, convenience and price. Nothing, we were pleased with almost all aspects of the hotel. This hotel was excellent and I would recommend it to anyone. Our stay was enjoyable and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Pool was nice size for swimming. No hot tub, pool and area could use paint. Great location in North-eastern Cleveland area - great for business or casual traveler, great pool and helpful staff. I would stay there again.

I liked the in room coffee maker and fridge. The pool area was littered with towels and the paint was peeling. Eventually this hotel will be a nice place to stay. We should have been notified of the construction prior to our stay. The hotel staff needs to do a better job keeping room service trays out of the hall. We saw one tray sit for over 20 hrs and a second for about 18 hrs.

The AC worked well. Cleanliness, overall condition. Hotel is going through repairs, and while it may be nice one day, it is not nice now. Pool did not look clean, cracks and holes in the walls around the pool, carpet was dirty, bathroom was tiny, they allow smoking inside, so the place stunk. We ended up leaving our second night and checking in elsewhere.

Close to attractions/enterainment. Construction at the time of stay-but, nice improvements. Good for business travel. Convenient. Close to highways and attractions/entertainment/parks/lake.

Around shopping & eating. Neither Wi-Fi nor refrigerator. Hotel staff was nice. Not enough electrical outlets. Assumed amenities were not complete.

Location. Renovation. The hotel was under renovation at the time of my visit. The renovation did not cause any problems but the hotel was on the dirty side.

Nothing. Under renovation, small room, smelly couch. The hotel was a bad choice, I would never recommend this hotel to anyone I know.
