It was a business trip so I do not have any tips to give.

This was my first time in this hotel. The rooms were well maintained and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was excellent, and parking was free. I would stay here again, and recommend it.

Bed was comfortable. Building had difficult set up, not laid out well. Very basic hotel, not like other Radisson hotels. Lobby was plain. Restaurant had good food but very slow service.

We liked the hotel, and would stay there again. Finding it was a challenge-don't believe Mapquest, the signs for 17 take you AROUND, not INTO Sudbury. The hotel shares parking with an adjacent downtown mall, but following the one-way arrows, etc of the lot is a hassle, both in and out. We appreciated the hotel restaraunt staying open a bit late for us and others, but don't expect to find other choices in that section of Sudbury, although the near-by Tim Horton's was good for breakfast. Good and friendly service by the hotel staff was appreciated.

Unfortunately we arrived late to this hotel and never got a chance to check out the mall that it is attached to. We did eat at the restaurant and the food was great. The girl that checked us in was really pleasant and the room itself was clean and comfortable.

Decent sized room, free parking. Shower water not hot, pool closed, gym too far away, ice maker dis-functional. OK hotel, nothing more. Too many little things low quality; not enough to make a major complaint, but enough for me to not recommend it.

The staff at the front desk was helpful and efficient. The restaurant Pestos was totally a disappointment. Service was absolutely terrible. Never again. The staff at the hotel was excellent. The only downside is the restaurant in the hotel, Pestos. It was not the fault of the two staff members. They were run off their feet. Management needs to step up and have adequate staffing for this restaurant. The food was great but I will never again go there because of the extremely long wait time sitting at my table waiting for service.

Hotel tried to help accommodate our request for adjoining rooms, unable to do so at first, finally switched us to adjoining rooms. Someone in adjoining or room above had shower and it all backed up into our tub.

The room. The freezing cold pool. The pool is freezing cold, we complained to the manager, who gave us a free meal comp and said that he'd look into warming the pool up. The next day we tried to go for a swim only to get blue lips. The hotel is attached to a bit of a rough downtown mall. There is also a movie theatre in this mall, very good prices on admission.
