To put it quite simple, I`ll go back to this Hotel any time.
Date of Stay:

The great location near the airport did not compensate for the expired milk, no supplies in room (kleenex), computers not working.

Great location, bright clean rooms. Poor parking, less bright atrium. All in all, this was a great stay for a great price in a great location at a respectable hotel. It does show its age in a few parts, but overall, it was a good experience. The atrium, while big and airy, was a bit darker than I would have expected with less natural light than I would have thought. The room was very nice, and the sleep number bed was a nice thing to try out. The view was great from the 11th floor.

Nice since the recent remodeling, but don't drink the water. It was either altitude sickness (having only been that high once before and was fine), some bad lunch from accros the street, or the water I drank while attending a conference at the hotel. The old reviews are probably no good as they have remodelled and my room was great. I didn't get a room on the side with a view of the mountains; I was on the front side and the sunrise was ABSOLUTELY grogeous (hotel rooms have thick curtains if you don't wake up that early!) The sleep number beds were great, the linen was nice, and as I always do when I stay in a hotel, I checked the mattress and it was bedbug free. The bathroom fixtures were nice, but the shower tiles could have used a better scrubbing. The actuall balcony was not meant to be walked on barefoot, but my romm was so comfy. It is NOT a hotel for young children if you are going to stay in a room above the 2nd floor! The entire hotel is one big cube with the rooms on the perimeter and a big open, hollow, middle. The balcony to prevent one from tipping over into the middle gave me-a girl who loves roller coasters-a bit of vertigo.

Thank you for renovating your rooms, this hotel is spectacular very trendy rooms, very comfortable sleep number beds, the staff was outstanding and very helpfull! The view to the west is awsome, you see the city and the mountains. The restaurant food is great as well. Way to GO!!!

The hotel was very nice in all areas. We enjoyed the sleep number bed as I like a hard mattress and my wife likes a soft one. The bathroom was clean and large enough for both of us to use at the same time. Plenty of hot water, clean towels and a clean shower made the stay very enjoyable.

The Hotel, provides rooms through travel agent, on what is available only. We encountered some problems with my son and his family. they send them to a room with a single bed only. The problem was finally resolved.

When I was checking in, the staff was not really friendly, and I had to go to the front desk three times to request for a crib in my room. The room was clean but it was way too small. Two phones in my room were not working either. The location was good, close from downtown. There are many restaurants across from the hotel which was really convenient.

Nicely furbished room with superb bed. An excellent hotel that's reasonably close to both DIA & downtown Denver.

Bed was rock hard. Service was terrible. Rooms are noisy with highway traffic. Nothing of luxury with this hotel.

The Radisson at Stapleton has a modern, attractive environment, but a few problems. Any rooms on the east side receive a large amount of very loud road noise. Opening the doors to enjoy the balcony (or fresh air) creates a cacophony of sound, and the noise is perceived even when the doors are closed. In addition, the air conditioner is positioned to blow directly on the bed which is naturally annoying to whomever is on that side of the bed. The room itself is very attractive and has recently been re-done. Placing some shelves in the bathroom would be extremely handy, however. The hotel is in process of renovations (though it would be a good idea if it would replace some of the lobby furniture NOW as it is worn and dirty). The room cleaning staff is extremely courteous and does a great job.

Reliable transportation to the airport. Hotel staff disorganized. I am was a little upset with this hotel. They gave another person the same hotel room and he walked in while I was changing.

Room was small. Carpet was very dirty. No washcloths available, even when I asked maid, Bathroom had no vanity for toiletries, only two small shelves over the commode, Had to call desk for backing up toilet, I left room at 7:30 AM. Not yet cleaned when I got back at 2:45 PM. Hotel needs significant upgrade and imrovement on service. Two smiles at most.

This Radisson hotel in Denver is nice in appearence and kept very clean. The directions from the airport were easy too follow. my disatisfaction with the hotel is with the airconditioning in each room. The airconditioners are stand alone units located agaist the wall next to the bed. They turn on and off with thermostat control. Very noisy with arctic air one minute and then temperature gets warm when the unit turns off. Off and on all night that will keep the dead awake. A very bad experience. I had too barricade the unit with pillows to block the cold air that directly came towards the bed like a storm. The lack of sleep is not worth the room savings.I would never stay at this hotel again.

Very relaxed atmosphere for traveling with kids. None. This hotel was a great place to stay with kids! The pool was great for the kids and the treadmill is right next to it so that you can run and watch the kids swim - WOW! The food prices were extremely reasonable in the lobby restaurant. Overall it was a great experience!

The first room smelled like rancid milk/vomit. Engineering fished a hairball from the bathtub drain. Couldn't use balcony due to broken lock. I had to ask for another room. Second room had no water. Never offered compensations. Housekeeping couldn't help because of lack of basic english. I received a we don't care attitude the sixth time I went to the front desk and walked to the double tree next door to get a clean room with running water

Love the pool and the restaurant. Appreciated that the room service was open until 11:00 p.m. and had tons of choices. The food was so good it was unbelivable! Friendly, nice staff! Definetly would recommend and I would stay there in a minute!

Location. Outdoor pool. The hotel was in a good location with shopping and dinning near by. It was near downtown, but not right in the heart on Denver which was nice.

The following is a copy of the letter I sent to the hotel after my stay: I stayed at your hotel this weekend just to get away in the city. From either phone in my room the first day I was not able to call them, I had to keep getting transfered. When I was done with my meal (around 4pm) I called to have the tray removed. Nobody came. I placed it outside my door. When I came back to my room at 2:15 am it was still there. The next moring I called downfor breakfast. The glass my beverage was in had orange juice pulp all around the edge! It looked like water had not even hit it! Also half of my sausage was under cooked. This time I could not get anyone to pick-up in room service to get my tray. I sat it outside my door once again around 10am. I told the lady at the desk nobody has picked it up. She called and told me there was nobody in room service at all as if this was my problem. I told her fine I guess it will sit there. She was about as helpful as a wet paper bag. Once again, when I got back to my room at 9 something pm, the tray was still there. I called once again to get food that eveing. The guy was nice an took the tray from my door. I did not even bother putting out. I just set it on the balcony till the moring so I did not have to smell food all night. If had not recevied this room at such a low rate I would have been absolutly livid. I was a Front Desk manger for years. I understand how things work in a hotel. Some of you r staff was very delightful and some were just dreadful. however I would not stay there again unless it as a very, very low rate I could not refuse.
