Great hotel for the price. Nice restaurant with a very nice breakfast buffet for $9.95. Friendly staff, quick response to requests for extra towels, etc. Nice lobby with free coffee and plenty of sofas and chairs to sit and chat if you don't want to stay in your room. Would definitely stay there on next trip to Ft. Worth.

Room and lobby were nice. No continental breakfast. The hotel was nice on the outside but needs some cleaning/fixing in some of the housekeeping areas. The first room we were given either hadn't been cleaned or it was still occupied. Breakfast buffet was a little pricey, so we went to another restaurant nearby.

I have to travel to Fort Worth twice a month, and I have made this hotel my permanent home. The rates are worth the money and the rooms are amazing. Everything a business traveler needs is at this hotel. Would recommend to everyone

I stayed at this hotel because I wanted a nice dinner and a glass of wine before returning home from vacation. Both of these were excellent.

Staff was accomdating even during difficult circumstances. Rooms were not ready, but staff tried to make it right.

I thought the hotel was nice. It had a great lobby area and everything looked new. Being able to park really close to the elevators was helpful as a woman traveling alone and I felt very safe there. The people I encountered were all very friendly and helpful. The food is the cafe was pretty good for hotel food and it was nice to have the indoor pool since I was there in winter and I could still go for a dip.Overall a nice hotel for the area I had to be in for business.

The Radisson Fort Worth was comfortable, with a large room, but the room I happened to be put up in did not have hot water. I was upset about having to shower in cold water, but the hotel staff were very friendly and apologetic, and looked to it that the situation was rectified at the earliest.

Very clean and very secure.

O.K. first of all we booked a room for 4, and they gave us a room with 1 king size bed. They switched our room. Then when I put the key in and tried to open the door of the second room, the handle came off in my hand. Dowm I went again (handle in hand) for a new room. The third room was down the hall. we walked in and everything looked okay until we tried to hang our clothes. The shelf/closet wrack only had screws only on one side...down the hall I went to catch the handyman before he left the first room. Up till now I had my good attitude...We unpacked and got settled. Then I noticed while in the bathroom...the shower curtain had been soiled. yes there was poo on the shower curtain. They DID offer me a discount on my room this time, but at check out they changed their minds because we had already pre-paid. Like I said you need a very good (and patient) attitude to stay here.

The room was adequate but the lack of adequate signage and layout of the hotel sends guests following twisting and turning corridors to get to the lobby. The room keys had to be re-keyed every time we used them. The sleep number beds were a nice touch but the feather pillows were not - some of our party were allergic. We requested alternate pillows but they were never brought to our room.

Very clean and staff polite and helpful. Only thing is I just felt that an $11 Breakfast was a little excessive so we ate out.

In the past I have had good luck with Radisson and enjoyed the accomodations...until this one! This one makes me question ever staying at a Radisson again. There was NO hot water in the morning any of the three days I stayed. In addition, there was a disgusting odor that was so strong in the hallways you could also smell it in your room. Would not recommend!

I was dissapointed in the location. It is situated in a rather industrial area, with no restaurants, stores or entertainment in close proximity. Check-in took a very long time, as there was only one employee who was working with another guest and didn't ackknowledge my presence at all. After close to 15 minutes, another employee came to check me in. Our room had two Sleep Number beds, which we are used to at home. When our daughter deflated hers to the lowest number, it would not re-inflate. We reported this and nothing was done about it. She slept on a totally deflated bed for two nights. The layout of the hotel was quite inconvenient; I could hardly find my way to the lobby area from our room! I would not return to this property, or recommend it.

Room was cleaned for us promptly. Front desk staff was a bit short and moody. I do not recommend this hotel. It was once a Holiday Inn and during that stay, it was quite a terrible experience. To find out this time we were staying the the Radisson, was going to be a comfortable stay. But when we pulled up to the hotel, we couldn't believe that it was the same hotel as the Holiday Inn, but just a bit nicer. There was a flooded section we had to walk through on our way to the elevators, room was nice, but the front desk clerk was very short with guests. Hallways still smelled of musky cigarette odors and of worn shoes. I do not recommend the hotel.

The lobby is nice but the rooms need improvement. The price was good. Rooms smell of water damage and A/C had hard time keeping up. Staff was great.

Loved the bed! The mattress offered us each our own firmness.

Friendly staff, good breakfast. Poor housekeeping, uncomfortable bed and old TV. Raddison needs to send someone down from corporate to review this property and it's operations.
