If you have to catch an early flight at SFO, it's a great hotel to crash at the night before because it literally took me 5 minutes to get to the airport on the morning of my flight.

Location not convenient. The location is not good, no convenience store around in walking distance. Other than that, everything is fine.

We loved the hotel, service and the food. Evening meals were superb. Only downside is the remoteness of the hotel. Getting to the city can be difficult unless you take a taxi or the hotel shuttle to the airport then take the train.

staying this close to San Francisco at this cost was a great bargain. the staff were very friendly and helpful. We didn't eat at the hotel. The business center was small and had two PCs and a pay as you go printer. The internet connection varied from extremely slow to OK (told the front desk about the slow speed, and they had it taken care of by the next morning)

The Radisson was easy to find right off of Highway N.101 and although near the airport, it wasn't noisy at all. We had a great room with a refrigerator and microwave as well as good room service for breakfast. Thanks for everything.

The hotel was a bit older, and the non-smoking room still smelled of cigarettes.

I decided to try the this hotel since it was cheaper, i usually stay at the hotel next door which i love. I booked the room throught travelocity so it was prepaid. When i arrived they said i had reserved a different room than i actually had. The room we were put put in was supposed to be non smoking, as soom as we got off the elevator the entire level smelled like smoke including the room. I picked up the phone to let them know, well the phone did not work! I opened the blinds to see my beautiful view of they bay, that is one of the reasons why i stayed there, well i got a beautiful view of a wall! I didn not spend 130 dollars to be treated like this. Dont stay on floor 3! So I went down to ask to be switched to another room, something they apparenty did not like because they were not very friendly about it. Two days later i noticed that the hotel had charged my card for the stay even thought I had prepaid it through travelocity. Other than that the location is great and rooms are clean.

The woman at the front desk was absolutely wonderful, doing all she could to help us. Nothing specific. Overall, a very convenient, clean, place to stay.

After 30 hours of international travel I was looking forward to a relaxing night's stay and a good meal. Neither was available here. The hotel facilities are excellent and the location is superb with a lovely view of the bay. But on arrival I found the fire alarm was being tested, going off every few seconds with the noise level so high it was physically painful. This had been going on all day and would continue for another 2 hours. It was quite unbearable, so I spent the rest of the afternoon sitting a quarter of a mile away at the water's edge instead of having a shower and relaxing. Management was totally unconcerned, said it was not within their control and plainly did not feel they owed the customers anything, not even an apology. After that, drinks and dinner seemed a good idea. But gin and tonic couldn't be done because the "tonic machine wasn't working." Room service couldn't be charged to the room because the "system was down" so would have to be paid for with cash. Food order delivered to the room came with some components missing. A wait of 25 minutes meant everything was cold before it was all there. Beer came with no glass. Again, no concern or interest from anyone. Bizarre conversation with room service manager who wanted to know why I was complaining!Staff at this hotel need to learn that they're in the service business.

Clean, quiet, and the restaurant food was excellent. Not much around the area as far as restaurants or shopping, but convenient to the airport and the shuttle was very timely.

The rooms were very clean. It took the front desk 3 tries to get us the right key. We had. The rooms were very clean. The night staff person took three times to get the key card to work. They ended up switching rooms for us and didn't write it in the computer so we got a call early in the morning. Hotel was in a convenient location right next to the freeway, but not smacked dab in the middle of San Francisco parking. Complimentary parking a plus. No continental breakfast. They had an expensive restaurant downstairs that I didn't try. Overall, the hotel served it's purpose but was nothing extraordinary in the hotel world.

My wife and I arrived early and was greeted by a pleasant front desk staff member and was allowed to check in. Our room was on 5th floor with some what of a view that we enjoyed. The pool and hot tub was very refreshing after that early morning start.Refrigerator and microwave a plus. The beds were great location good would surely stay again and tell friends and family lounge area good. All and all a very memorable stay in the bay area. and as your Governor says I"ll Be Back.

My husband and friends found a great travel deal to San Francisco that we couldn't pass up. But, had no clue where to stay. Looked up this site for lodging and accomodations and were so pleased with our selection. PERFECT!!!!!!! The hotel is right off the freeway, and we had access to downtown, San Jose, Monterey/Carmel. PERFECT!!! No problems at all with the car or hotel. We will be staying here again!!!! Small, not to busy/noisy, quiet and a walking trail along the bay. :)

Comfortable beds and quiet atmosphere. There were no nice restaurants in the area, just an Ihop down the street.

hotel is close to sfo airport and has a good on time shuttle service running every half hour with three pick-up locations at airport and two drop off locations. hotel is located in a business park limiting dining options . the one restaurant at the hotel is overpriced with slow service the norm. front desk is average

The hotel was overall pleasant. We stayed for 3 nights and got much use of the Airport shuttle bus to Bart Station. This conveniently runs every 30 minutes and drops you off right at the train. The only downside is that the shuttle only runs until midnight, and there is absolutely no other way to get to the hotel other than a cab. Also, in my opinion the restaurant is way too expensive and should stay open later for drinks if you are stuck at the hotel with nothing to do. If you are looking for a quiet hotel away from the city then this is the place to stay, granted you go to a supermarket and bring food back to the hotel. But it is better to stay in the city of San Francisco to get the full effect. You can catch the Muni bus and train later into the night.

Good service, courtesy shuttle to and from airport, room. The bed was terrible! It was worn out and uncomfortable. With the exception of the bed, which was worn out and uncomfortable, the hotel was excellent. I would recommend it to others and would be likely to stay there again in the future. Good service, accommodating facilities and staff, great courtesy shuttle service, location was private (although not near any restaurants), and overall experience was very good!

During my last two visits to this hotel, there was one front desk attendant (X) that appeared to have a bad attitude. For my visit in May she said that they couldn't guarantee that I get two beds if I booked through a travel service, even though that was specified in my reservation. Lucky for me there was a room available. This time I reserved the Executive Ste and she said that online travel website calls it the Executive Ste but that to them it's called the Supreme Ste which is different from what they call their Executive Ste so she could only give us a room in the Supreme Ste rather than the Hotel's real Executive Ste. I was very disappointed because I was looking forward to all the ammenities in the Executive Ste and was stuck with just the Supreme Suite which was the same as the regular rooms, except you get a sleep comfort bed. The bed was wonderful and Room Service staff were polite. It was just the misleading info you receive between the travel agency and the Hotel that we were dissatisfied with. I may have to book directly with a hotel in the future to avoid any surpises.
