The only thing great about this hotel was the Sleep Number mattress. The walls of the rooms were so thin that I could hear almost every conversation going on next to us. Also, you could hear the sleep number beds inflating as people tried to find their perfect number... very annoying at 1:30 am. They also do not have small fridges in the rooms which I tend to find in almost all hotels these days. I would have liked to have one as I need to keep my medicine in them. The grounds seemed dirty and the room smelled like smoke even though it was a non-smoking room.

My stay here was a dream come true as I work very hard and needed to totally relax and get away from it all.... The staff was awesome and room service was divine..... Restaurants were great and the Sunday Brunch is to die for. The management is very accommodating as I came to the brunch a few minutes after they stopped seating as they graciouslyl allowed me to come on in and eat in their elegant dining room on the lake with great and friendly service. The grounds are awesome and the lake and fountain is so soothing to listen to while sitting on my balcony or laying by the pool.... Great resort....I will be back when I need to R&R again in this fashon....

This is an old hotel. The dirty maid's cart was in front of our window all night. In the morning when it was finally moved there were dirty towels on the floor and I had to kick them aside to get down the stairs. We only stayed one night... it was just OK

Our room was clean with comfortable beds.

The airport is too far and confusing to get to from the airport. The rooms are very spread out, instead of a high rise, which makes it difficult to find the room. The location of the ice is not clearly posted, so I spent some time walking around looking for ice. The bed has a built in air compressor which is difficult to adjust and therefore the bed was not very comfortable. The room service was very good, and the food was good. The staff at the front desk was great.

I have stayed in other Radisson hotels, and this has been bar none the worst one of them all. From paper thin walls to dirty unkept rooms, this was a very unpleasant stay. The parking lot was constantly loitered with young adults (late teens to early twenties), and with the empty beer cans, half-eaten pizza crusts and tossed cigarette butts everywhere, I felt as if I never got the invite to this tail-gate party. In addition, there was some unusual activity in this motel-style lot. Scaddily dressed girls would constantly go in and out of certain rooms while the guys outside high-fived, and slammed their 40s of Olde English.

Fast service, relatively large rooms, easy parking. Noisy; woken up by train whistles and car sounds. The hotel room was comfortable and spacious, but it needed better sound-proofing. I did not get a good night's sleep because I was woken up several times by different noises, including that of trains.

Older hotel but nicely redone. Entrance to room is not impressive but room itself is very nice. A short walk around the lake to a wonderful restaurant with great ambiance, lake view, service and excellent food.

About a third of a group of 100 people I was with, including myself, became extremely ill after eating breakfast in the in house restaurant.

This property is older, but has been completely redone. The food is outstanding and the staff wonderful."

Upon entering the lobby, I was greeted by a very friendly staff member. She also guided me, through MapQuest, to my next days destination. My room was lovely with a bed to die for. I dialed up my firmness level and had an amazing nights sleep. Room service was quick and delicious. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Comfortable. Somewhat load, parking was limited on Friday and Saturday night. Comfortable, beautiful, nice location for us going to the cal expo every day. Very convenient to Status's and a great pizza place. Staff was very nice. Because we extended our stay, we had to check out, then check in again which was a little inconvenient.

We were among the few guests spending Christmas Eve away from home. It was nice to be able to have dinner on site. Our room was upgraded by the front desk to give us a view of the lake and lights. The koi pond was fascinating. As a winter destination, this was a nice place to stay. I'm not sure I would be so positive if it had been full of conference attendees.

The Radisson provides a very comfortable atmosphere. Not many hotels provide you with a sleep number and bed and 4 large, soft pillows per bed. Usually at most hotels your lucky to have two small flat pillows and have to request additional pillows (if they have them). But the Radisson provides the additional comfort without the hassle.

Pretty grounds & relaxing fountain. No airport shuttle. Front desk too busy(convention). Not reliable hotel shuttle system to shopping and downtown area. Friendly drivers.

This is to much money for the hotel to be rated by customers at a 1 and that being the lowest between 1-5. Redo your hotel and make it worth the customers money.

Everything about my 2 night stay was great except for the fact that I'm pretty sure the maid service discarded a bag I had on the floor for garbage, when in actuality it was 2 free wine glasses I had been given by my favorite winerey in Napa. I didn't realize it until I got home. I spoke with lost and found but they didn't have it and am still waiting for a manager to return my call from a few days ago. My friend, who had a separate room, also had a bag on the floor in the bathroom which was discarded by the maid and we retrieved it ourselves from the maid cart garbage in the hallway.

The sleep number bed was great, the room and hotel grounds were very clean. The surrounding neighborhood made us stay in our room. Reviews of this hotel are a little harsh. People complain about the back building being motel like. It is a big place, my room in the back building was great. Fridge would have been nice but ice worked just fine. The bed and linen was fantastic. Shower was the best in a hotel in California I have had. After I stayed I thought many reviews I read were a little snobbish. Great room, great hotel, very good price !
