Large room. Breakfast location was the hotel bar and not very appealing. Room was clean, staff friendly and location was good but restaurant not suitable for a business traveler or family friendly.

Front desk people were friendly. Maid was cleaning the lobby when we arrived. The restaurant was very small and no one was at the entrance when we got there. Looks like it was refurbished not too long ago. Bed was wonderful, made up beautifully and they had sleep number mattresses - a hit with us. Other furniture was nice also, and the bathroom was very efficient. Had a good shower head.

I was impressed with the helpfulness of the staff. They assisted us with all our needs not matter how small or great. The pool was great, but it would have been better if it had been a little bigger. The sleeper sofa mattress was not fit to sleep on. It was a great place to stay. We had three generations in one room and had a great time. There was enough space for Grandma(me), my three daughters, and two granddaughters. We were there for the Monkey Festival. I would just recommend a better mattress on the sleeper sofa which we were unable to use due to the poor quality.

Room was large and the bathroom was nice. The sleep number bed was not very comfortable This was a new place for us to stay at in Rockford. The staff treated us well. The hotel was convenient, easy parking, refrigerator and microwave in room and a good size room.

Great beds and sofa in king rooms, great staff. No pay-TV. Very, very nice. Everything I would expect from a well-maintained Radisson. No real complaints at all. Great staff and great rooms. Sleep number beds.

The pillows were great and the hotel is a great value. The pool is rather small. This hotel is quiet and very clean. The microwave and refrigerator in the room were welcome. The rooms were spacious and the thermostat on the wall keep the room at a comfortable temperature.

Well kept and secure side entrance (closer to parking). Only 1 tea bag with coffeemaker supplies (no herbal teas). This was our first stay at a Radisson. We found the room spacious, luxurious and spotless (large desk with executive chair, sofa, refrigerator and microwave, select number mattress, thick towels). The hotel was convenient (on interstate & main business street) and close to many good restaurants. I would stay here again in a Heartbeat!

Great staff, great location, very comfortable rooms. Didn't like the sleep comfort bed, but it was a good way to try it. Very pleased with our stay. Just needed a place to stay for the night, and was very impressed with the location and appearance of the hotel. Room was comfortable and spacious. We would definitely stay there again. Many restaurants nearby and easy access to interstate.

The bed was very comfortable. Free WiFi. Nice sized room. The hair I found on the side of the bath tub! Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The public areas were very nice and the room was nicely sized and furnished. Instead, upon arrival I found a hair on the bath tub, the closet doors did not close properly and the sink dripped unless you turned the faucet handle at an awkward angle.

Nice pool and hot tub. Heat-AC unit too close to the bed, no fan control on unit. Good location, has the everything you need, family friendly, yet mom & dad can stop in the pub on premise for a cold one.

Very clean room and bathroom nice size room was just great. No complaints. Good location close to shopping and restaurants. Room was very clean and comfortable wish we could have stayed longer.

The staff were excellent! The facility exceeded my expectations! This is a wonderful hotel! The staff was helpful and the location is perfect for leisure in Rockford, IL. I would highly-recommend this hotel for stays in the area.

Historic building with replica decor, promptness & kindness of all staff. Got woken up at 4am because of screaming and banging. So loud, even people 3 floors up heard it. The Hilton is an absolute great place to stay when not at home. It was mine and my husbands first stay. And we will definately be back!

Nice looking room with balcony. Noisy on the first floor on Saturday night. The hotel is centrally located near one block from the expressway. The rooms are large and well designed with a small refrigerator and a microwave. An attractive sports bar is one site. There is a small pool and a jacuzzi. Ample parking.

The King Bed, very nice room, comfortable. Air conditioning blew on us all night so was freezing than hot than freezing. The tub leaked when filled for kids bath. The closet door fell off. I would definitely stay here again. I felt the room was nice and very comfortable and clean. Unfortunately, didn't get to swim in the pool, but it looked really nice. Checked in early with no problems. Staff was very nice. Check-in and checkout was so easy.

The sleep number bed was a surprise and fun to try without buying! Great location, very friendly and prompt front counter person. The room was in great shape and clean. The bed was comfortable. I would recommend to anyone staying in the Rockford, IL area.
