The service was great but the parking was horrible. I think that this nice hotel needs to invest in their own private parting to match the room and service. It was a very busy weekend, there was a festival going on. I was told to try to find a legal place to park my oversized vehicle. Who is trying to hear this news at 10:30 pm? I was furious to pay to stay in a classy place with no parking. It was very noisy on Friday and Saturday night, there were some young teenagers running around and 2 weddings this particular weekend. I would recommend staying here any month but June.

The facility was very clean, furniture in good condition, beds very comfortable, bathroom size was good with enough counter space for toiletries etc. With only staying 1 night, would be difficult to answer. I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again. Cleanliness and accommodations were very satisfactory. It was a very comfortable room and it was nice to have a coffee maker as well as an iron/ironing board. Most of all, we had a good nights sleep on a comfortable mattress!

The bar wasn't open that late on a week day, we got the breakfast buffet it was nothing spectacular, the burners were off it was cold I work a casino and hotel in western NY and was very disapointed with this hotel's food service I didn't touch my food and still paid 10 busk for nothing. I would only stay here if I got a discount rate through hotwire or another equally awesome site. If I hadn't paid half the price I would never stay there again. It has been remodeled and the room looked nice but our toilet kept running it was so bad it kept us up most of the night

Stayed there while attending the Rochester Jazz Festival. The room itself was quite nice - WONDERFUL view of the Rochester skyline and riverfront. The elevator noise was constant all night, and the noise from the neighboring room was very noticeable in our room. The checkout system was poor - I had to wait in a LONG line for over 15 minutes, then was not given a receipt or any info - they need to set up an express checkout - receipt under the door/call the front desk type situation. Room was a good value and the view was exceptional.

New carpet. Nice staff. Beautiful lobby. Not safe people outside. Very nice hotel and staff, but you can not walk in that area, it is not safe. It is Downtown Rochester and only very strange people are on the streets.

Great accomodations attached by enclosed corridor to the riverside convention center, where we were going. Travelocity listed our room as having 2 double beds, but we were pleased to find the room had 2 queens instead. Comfortable beds each had four fluffy pillows. Closet, dresser, large TV, micro, coffeemaker, fridge, desk, carpet, etc. - everything was tip-top. The hotel is near some fast food restaurants (also a couple of blocks from the fabulous Dinosaur Barbeque), and is across the street from a nice "canal walk", where you can walk along the old Erie Canal. The parking garage is attached to the hotel and was an additional 5 per day. Our reservation through Travelocity said we were to have free breakfast, but when we checked in the hotel employee said that breakfast was not included. When we told him that we had booked with Travelocity and that it was supposed to be included, he asked another employee, who then provided breakfast vouchers for us to use in the dining room. This was fine, but it did make us feel a little uncomfortable, like we were getting away with something that we shouldn't have. You might decide to have this free breakfast info in writing when you check in, but honestly, it was not a problem. Overall, we were very pleased with the hotel, and would certainly stay there again.

My room had an adjoining room, and I could hear everything from the other room. Not very sound proof. Noisy outside as well.

The staff was wonderful (Mr. Louis Verde?) went the extra mile to help us in several areas. Parking was expensive The only option for breakfast on Sunday was the buffet. We stayed at this hotel last year and we were very pleased with the changes Radisson has made. Everything was greatly improved from last year. We felt that the entire staff was helpful and desired to make our staff pleasant. We enjoyed the rooms and the location was perfect.

I was in Rochester for the weekend attending a wedding. I was disgusted on Saturday when I was getting in the elevator that a 2-3" bug scurried across the floor and up the wall. I went down to the front desk and spoke with xyz whos only response was there was nothing that they could do about it right now. From past reviews and family members in Rochester I am aware of the bug problem this hotel has had especially with bed bugs but I thought it was something this hotel would take seriously and do something about, which clearly they have not. On Sunday we ordered room service to the room and it took almost 90 minutes to get a burger and fries. Complete lack of service. I would NEVER stay in this hotel again, and i recommend those that are considering it do their research before booking a reservation & staying.

I arrived late, was checked in quickly, had a great night's sleep. The parking was cheap and convenient. It was a good stay.

The bedding was awesome, rooms were clean. Parking fee ($6.00), breakfast cost ($45). What we saved on the hotel cost was made up in parking fees and breakfast costs. The breakfast at the restaurant was a buffet, no other choices were available. The food was cold, service poor and expensive for what we got. I would have gone to Holiday Inn Express had I known this beforehand.

Did not like staying in downtown Rochester, but the hotel was central to the wedding we attended. We found all the staff we came into contact with to be friendly and helpful. The Hotel is undergoing renovations, but they did not interfere with our stay. The only negative part of our expereince was our rude neighbors who were very loud last at night and early in the morning--the walls seemed thinner than they should have been. We would stay in this hotel again as well as Clarion's in other cities.

They did a nice job remodeling and the bed was comfortable. The front desk staff was a nightmare taking nearly 30 minutes to check in.

The bathroom was filthy. Pillows were smelly. Carpet, worst I've seen, This was just a bad room. The hotel should be shut down until improvements are made. Definitely not a 3 star!!

Absolutely nothing. They let kids stay out in the hall andall night keeping me up. This was the worst experience I have ever had. I couldn't sleep because of the smoke smell; all my clothes now have to be dry cleaned. There was no security going from the parking lot into the hotel. Kids were up in the hallway talking outside until 5:30 in the morning. I have had better experiences at Motel six or super Eight.

The staff did an excellent job of accommodating my family. I didn't like the parking garage, the spaces were too close and events caused us to have to park in the rain. Even though my family could be demanding, they were able to place us all on the same floor, which made our stay very convenient. The hotel desk staff, helped us in more ways than I could appreciate. However, the parking at the hotel was difficult. They had numerous events which caused a tremendous amount of traffic into the hotel. We had to park on the roof in the rainy weather. Overall, I enjoyed the friendliness of the staff and the price was fantastic.

Friendly staff, fairly quiet. Drab downtown area surrounding hotel, not much to do.
