We were spending the night in Grand Rapids and this hotel looked to be in a good location. It is in a great location and is right on the river. The hotel feels a little worn, but the staff was great and all in all it was a very good experience. I'd stay there again.

The main entrance area was nice.

I stayed there two years ago and I had no problems. This time, the service that I remember from the last time I was there went downhill and I lost at least one item while I was there and they never got back to me on whether or not they found it. I would recommend the hotel for maybe two nights. But beyond that, I would say, make sure you have everything near your luggage. This time also, while I was there, on my floor, kids were going around and not listening to the adults and be a little more quiet.

We were in Grand Rapids for a short 4 day weekend to take care of family affairs and needed a hotel convenient to family and friends. We have stayed at this hotel before. At our last stay the room charge came with a free breakfast but that was not offered this time although we thought it was and was disappointed that it was not. Also we took this hotel because it offered a jacuzzi but to our dismay it was closed for renovation during our visit, something that was not mentioned when making the reservation. When checking in the staff was very nice and we were initially happy with our room. We put the luggage in the room and left to attend to some business. When we arrived back later that evening we noticed that there were several large signs posted in the hallway on the floor that we were announcing victory for basketball games. We went into our room to settle down for the night when we heard a lot of noise and slamming of doors and kids running up and down the hall. Apparently there was a large group of kids on our floor. We knew that this would go on all night and immediately called the front desk and asked for a new room on a different floor. The front desk was very cooperative and apologized for the inconvenience. We wish that they would have taken this into consideration when they first put us in that room since they must have known that the floor they put us on had these kids there.Other than this incident we really had not other problems and were very satisfied with our stay and will most likely stay here again.

This was an excellent hotel for visting the Gerald Ford Museum. The staff was very helpful. The restaurant was excellent and the prices reasonable. The room was very clean and large enough to be comfortable. Would stay again.

The beds are comfy. The food I got at the restaurant was undercooked. The chicken looked like it was still alive. The rooms are nice and comfy. The location is kindof weird. There's nothing surrounding the hotel.

The hotel was close to downtown. Easy to find and had plenty of parking. The restaurant in the hotel was good. The atmosphere was excellent and the food was good. The room was clean and comfortable, but not very roomy, a little small. If you are looking for a nice, clean room at an affordable rate this is your place. Also, after we got back from our concert we headed down to the lounge and it was really nice. A band was playing and not too busy. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Good friendly staff, very clean indoor pool as well as Jacuzzi. Quiet. Clean rooms. The only problem we had was that the water did not go down fast enough while you showered it ended up adding up in the bath tub. Very nice view of the river.

Convenience and location. Door keys failed to work. Solved hotel requirements very adequately.

A slightly older hotel, the room was smaller than I would expect for a Radisson. Bathroom was also small. Not a lot of clothes storage for an extended stay, and there was no luggage rack to set your suitcase on to ease packing & unpacking. They advertise free high-speed wireless internet, but it's only 802.11b (11 Mbps). Best room feature were the beds, which have Sleep Comfort Sleep Number mattresses. Basically, they are glorified air mattresses with electric pumps that allow you to dial in the firmness (it's actually better than it sounds). They worked very well and my wife loved being able to set the mattress to a nice firm setting while the kids set their bed on the softer side. The hotel has a full-service restaurant (The Landing) which overlooks the Grand River, as well as a separate bar (The Landing Lounge). You can get room service from the restaurant. There's a large patio just off the lobby where you can sit outside & smoke and/or drink. They have some sort of happy hour shindig on the patio on Friday afternoons during the summer. This was the first time we'd ever seen fireflies, which come out around dusk, so that was a real treat. There's a nice, large indoor pool & jacuzzi, as well as a dry (no steam) sauna and small fitness room. Pool is open until 11 PM and there are lots of chairs & tables to lounge around while you wait for the kids to finish swimming.

Just something that you might want to think about if you ever have to drive downtown. It is nicer not being able to stay downtown and have some of the downtown features.

The Radisson Hotel Grand Rapids Riverfront in Grand Rapids, Michigan is a wonderful experience as the staff is most friendly and courteous. The dining room, located on the river has an excellent menu. Arrive early and be seated at the window.

Great lounge, nice pool and workout room. Clean rooms with comfortable beds. Was not as close to downtown Grand Rapids as I would have liked. We were there on a 1-night getaway, and it was very nice. Had everything we wanted - restaurant, lounge, indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, workout room. Staff was very friendly, as we asked them several questions throughout our stay. Rooms were nice.

Upon check in that went very smoothly. The rooms were very clean, and cozy. Strongly recommend the River Suite! We went down stairs for a quick swim. The pool was very clean as was the huge hot tub. We went up the change for the Happy hour festivities. Very nice outside in the courtyard and reasonible prices not to mention the free happy hour meal, burgers, hotdogs, and veggies!!! Nice. For dinner we ordered room service. Dinner was excellent and prompt! said it would take 25 minutes, it only took 20. We needed extra towels in the morning and they were brought to us very quickly and with a smile. There is a computer in the lobby for guests, we forgot the lap top and needed mapquest so this was a god send! great overall experience!

I loved the sleep number bed and the view from my window was excellent. The room temperature was easy to adjust for my comfort. Everything was wonderful! This is an excellent place to stay. The staff is friendly and courteous. My room was comfortable and well furnished. I had everything I needed for a pleasant comfortable 2 night stay. The accommodations were clean and attractive. I was very pleased with the services.

We stay here everytime we are in Grand Rapids visiting from Florida. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are well appointed and clean. The restaurant and lounge have many food and drink options. Located close to the expressway. Close to Downtown Grand Rapids, Convention center and hospitals.

Were unable to accommodate request for two double beds. The restaurant was good but on our first night there they were refusing to seat anyone due to a large party. Only choice was to order room service or leave the hotel. The location of this hotel is near downtown but not actually downtown. Its a short drive but don't stay here if you are expecting a real downtown location.

Easy to check in/out. Small room, noisy children running up and down the hallway at night.

Good freeway access at the location. The room was tiny.
