When we first arrived we were discusted with the bedspread that was supposed to be white, but was visibly dirty brownish grey. The sheets also appeared to be dirty. The house keeping staff sent to change the linens advised us that what we were seeing wasn't stains it was a product of the linens being old. They were freying. Instead of completely replacing the full bedding she only replaced the dirty bed spread. We had a gallery opening event to attend shortly after arriving. We needed to iron my boyfriends dress pants. When we attempted to do so the iron spit out and leaked water all over his pants. It was broken. They promptly issued us a brand new iron but the water stain forced him to have to wear a different outfit than planned. The location was good, and they did responded promptly to our concerns.

Had to be moved at 12:30 because air conditioning did not work, no compensation was given because of payment thru third party.

I stayed at this hotel last week when I went to Pittsburgh for a conference. They gave me basically a meeting room which did not have a proper bed. I called the front desk and they sent me a portable bed. The conference I have been to was a big conference, so I thought they probably did not have a regular room left so I did not make a big deal about it. The next morning I had my second surprise. It turned out I had to pay $12-$13 for a breakfast buffet. It was a lousy breakfast. You can easily get that breakfast for half the price at an ordinary diner. I also had to pay a ton of money to cabs to get to downtown. When I was checking out, I complained about all that has happened and I asked for at least a discount. The lady at the front desk was far from being helpful. She said they did not have a discount for my room (?!!). When I said the room descriptions did not have anything about folding beds, she said there was nothing she could do. Bottom line is; don't even consider this hotel. I paid $+tax per night and I regret every penny.

Did not like being made to feel like I was "obliged" to add-on extra amenities. Have stayed at lesser priced hotels and had "extras" for no fees.

Well maintained, attractive and great heated pool. The hotel is quite nice, clean, attractive, decent location and great pool.

The staff are very friendly and helpful folks. The location is isolated and so it not a very good place for a walker to stay . If you have wheels, it would be fine. Only warning: the hot water is really very hot, dangerously so. Oh, and the Sleep Number bed is also dangerous because it is so very comfortable. I overslept my first activity by 2.5 hours... Certainly I'd stay there again.

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was very responsive when needed. The room was clean. It was great to have an on site restaurant. There was plenty of parking spaces. And it was free Parking.

Everything from location, to the room, to the staff. Nothing.

When we arrived the front desk personnel seemed friendly and was willing to change our accommodations from 2 double beds to a king size bed. The hotel was not busy so this was not an issue. After checking into the room, we found animal hairs all over the carpet. When we checked out, I inquired if animals had previously been in this room because of the enormous amount of animal hair and that my husband had allergies and was congested. Only then was I told that we were in the wing for pets! It sure would have been nice if we had been told that at check in. They offered us a free night's stay, which we didn't want so they provided us with lunch. Our table, as well as surrounding tables, had what appeared to be salt around the salt shakers and the service was very slow. We found the restrooms in the hotel to be superficially clean; the floors were quite smeary. This was not a pleasant experience and I will never stay there again, nor would I recommend this hotel as a good place to stay.

We came in to cheer for the Chicago Cubs. The staff was very polite, and helpful in directing us to the local hot spots and the best transportation options based on our plans. The rooms were very clean and the room service delicious and very timely. Great Hotel!

Very comfortable beds. Staff was helpful. We needed some toiletries and they provided them free. The pool looked nice but we forgot to pack swim wear. They had a nice workout room. The bar was nicely done but we didn't try any food there.Great experience.

Sleep number beds were wonderful. Confusing layout with several entrances and towers that connect only on certain floors. Once we figured it out, it was fine. Location was also confusing, but ultimately fine. Loads of traffice delays in the Pittsburgh area that weren't the hotel's fault, but colored our stay. Would have been nice to have a shuttle to downtown area for baseball games or other attractions. Series of tunnels and bridges were challenging, but that's Pittsburgh. Beautiful city and great, clean hotel.

The only problem I had with the Radisson Hotel in Green Tree, Pittsburgh was that the location was poor. Cabs are a very necessary amenity and on Friday night you might be waiting around for hours to get to or from the hotel.. Beautiful hotel otherwise.

Very clean room, comfortable. Staff excellent. Tough to find at night, not on the beaten path. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Everything was top notch. Although we didn't swim, the pool looked very nice. I got lost on the way there at midnight, and the hotel staff did a great job talking me in on my cell phone. Room was very clean and comfortable. Shower pressure was great. Would definitely stay there again, especially now that I know where I'm going.

Stayed here once in past, good experience. Last week's experience was terrible. Hotel is difficult to locate, when we finally found it again only food available was in bar. No vending with food, just soda. Beds were terrible and pillows were worse. In AM, went to pool only to find it was so cold even the kids wouldn't get in it--it had been refilled after repairs and still was not warm enough to swim in. Hot tub jets were broken and hot tub needs refurbished and cleaned. Kids (age 7 & 8) were not even allowed to sit on edge of hot tub with their feet in the hot tub due to liablility as they are not 14 (I was there with them!). Breakfast buffet was pretty good. Complained to management about the pool, etc. No apology or any offer of reimbursement, etc. was made. Other hotels in area have free breakfast and functional pools for $40 less per room. I spent $40 extra on the room alone, plus extra on breakfast!

We recently stayed 4 nights for a large convention. Everyone I spoke to was very pleased with the Sleep Number beds, the rooms, the staff service, the meeting rooms, the banquet food was even very good. The rate was very reasonable and hotel taxes are low compared to other cities. I know some people requested refridgerators and received them. The showers were great with water pressure and hot water. This is not a deluxe hotel, but a very nice one considering it was older. It looked like several people were using the pool. The only complaints were the bar prices were exorbinant, and the restaurant food was expensive and not very good. There is not a free continental breakfast, and since Pittsburgh is hilly, it's not easy to take off and go find another place to eat. The banquet food was great, but maybe it is catered in. The lobby is large enough to meet others to visit. There is a shuttle to the airport. It was also quiet in our room, and it was easy to sleep. The temperature controls in each room were very nice too.

I found a great value on this hotel in the midst of the US Open. The hotel was completely full. In spite of this, I think the front staff was a little overwhelmed, long call times, lines, etc. More people should have been called in, rather than overworking the few who were there. The room was quite nice--I thought the sleep number bed was a fun gimick. Biggest drawback was a single outdated computer, unusual for a hotel this size. Also of note, its location is on the 'wrong side' of the Pitt Tunnel, so getting into Downtown and related locations was time-consuming.

Rooms & surrounding areas lovely, easy access to most locations, close to the parkway, on site restaurant, very nice overall. Side doors were open late, most anyone could enter reported to security about two young men walking around parking lot looking in car windows. Would love to stay at this location with each visit to Pittsburgh. Thanks!
