Great place to stay.

The room was great, the bed was extremely comfortable and the room was very clean. I only stayed for one night but the price was well worth it. The staff was not very friendly and didn't provide a good customer service feel but again.. the room more than made up for that.

Surprisingly elegant and luxurious. I did not appreciate the 6:45am call from the front desk.

The rooms in this hotel are fabulous! Bed and bedding is top of the line. Adjustable firmness bed. Rooms are really clean and spacious. modern flat screen tvs, internet connection. I was doubtful when making reservations but was very very happy i did. A little bit out of the way to where i was going for work but well worth the travel. NOTE: when making reservatins the top floors are special luxury rooms. However the regular rooms (which i stayed in) was all you need!!!!!!!!!!! Very nice. It also had a piano with free happy hour snacks. Nice snacks. Great breakfast buffet too.

We had to move as the bathtub filled with Black Gunk from some overflow and we could not use the bathroom. Room service was MIA and the restaurant was disorganized by an impromptu all you can eat offer bound with an impromptu comedy club offer. The help tried in part but was outmatched by missing management and terrible conditions.

The beds were extremely comfortable. Difficult to converse with cleaning staff, did not understand English. Met our expectations. Was convenient to our purpose. Clean and comfortable. Would stay there again.

Helpful staff. Stayed at the hotel for a Rutgers football game. The staff was extremely helpful, driving us to and from the stadium in the hotel van. My toilet was leaking (broken seal). I reported it in the morning to the front desk. I left for the day. It was fixed upon my return that afternoon.

Excellent internet connection. The Linen needs to be changed daily. Good for business travelers needing fast Internet connections.

Beautiful lobby, restaurant on site Furniture was a bit worn, Pool not warm enough, hot tub broken I've stayed here before and it's a great value for what you get. The staff has always been outstanding at service response and friendliness

Convenience, close to Rutgers campus Quiet, relaxed, friendly, excellent choice of movies, wonderful room service, love the hot tub. Truthfully we stay there for the fresh berries and cream which is to die for.I am not kidding.

Convenient to where my client is and where my boyfriend lives. Slow to check into the hotel. No pool indoors. No room service. If you are looking for a convenient location with limited amenities at a great price, the Sheraton Four Points is a good choice. The rooms are average size and the parking is convenient. The negative is that there is limited restaurant service, the fitness room is not modern, and the pool is outdoors. If you are looking for a fairly priced hotel where you are not looking to spend too much time in the room, this is the hotel for you.

Had a terrific counter person when I checked in My room had been used for something other than a regular room previously Great hotel at a great price but far away from restraunts other than the one at the hotel. No road noise!

The staff were willing to help solve problems. Shabby, bar with cigarette smoke right next to lobby, facilities under repair I stay in hotels frequently for business. This hotel was not three star, it was shabby and understaffed. My wake up call never came even though I checked on it twice, making me late for a very important meeting. The only thing I really wanted to do was to use the fitness room, but I couldn't because I had to go through the pool area to get to it, and the pool area was under repair. The bar was right next to the lobby and was open, noisy and smoke filled. I have stayed at 2 star hotels that were better.

The pool and exercise room were ok. Located in a semi-industrial area - would have liked to known that. Absolutely nothing around it - no restaurants, no stores, just office buildings. Hotel was fine. The 4 points is a step up from Days Inn, but a notch or two below a Marriott. Location: just off Route 287 in a semi-industrial area. Nothing of interest in the immediate area - no restaurants and nothing to do. Just a place to sleep - that's it. Lobby and restaurant were clean and up to date. Elevator could have been tidier and was a little rickety. Rooms are pure businessman/traveling salesperson special. Iron, hairdryer, recliner in the room - in working order and new. Furniture and TV were relatively new. Beds were ok, but blankets and comforter were a little funky - appeared slightly unclean. Pool, Jacuzzi, & exercise room were clean and nice features.
