Decent hotel with clean rooms but paper thin walls. Unfortunately I was placed right beside the elevator on a floor with a huge group of soccer players who yelled down the halls at 6 am. Also, in the hotel description Orbitz states that there is a pool and jacuzzi, but when we arrived at the hotel there was none!

The location is great and it is a nice safe property. We had some minor plumming issues but no big deal. I have stayed at this property and always an excellent value. The parking is $13.00 plus tax but so is any other hotel downtown or more. The capitol buildings are a short walk away as well as the downtown marketplace. The restaurant is pretty good for a hotel restaurant and the web access is nice for free in the lobby.

I liked this hotel overall for what it offered. I did not like the fact that I had to pay for parking, and wasn't made aware of it ($13.00 per day). A fridge was ordered, at no charge, and it would have been nice to have had a microwave in the room, but that was not to be. Vending machines have limited snacks in them. Friendly staff.

Location is very poor, parking was horrible in a tiny garage that fills up rather quickly & then your left to find parking on the street after your charged $13 for parking. Spa was closed & has been for the past year which they should update on their site also the gym only is basically in the garage.

"I asked for a quiet room but was put on a floor with most rooms occupied by an elementary school bus trip. My request for a different room was refused. I got less than 6 hours sleep that night between hearing the supervisors searching for someone named ""Shawn"" until after midnight and then the wake up calls at 6am. Apparently the hotel welcomes bus trips ""all the time"". When I checked out, there was not a manager on duty. I requested a call from the manager. Almost a week has passed and I still have not received the courtesy of a phone call."

the hotel is convienent to all sites. The rooms are nice and the beds are wonderful. The retaurant is a mexican fusion. Not exactly a place to eat many meals during your stay.

Stayed here during race weekend and the staff was very helpful. It was very close to all the downtown attractions and would recommend it to anybody traveling to Ottawa. Would like to see the addition of in-room mini-fridges.

Sleep number bed, very clean room, very helpful staff. The parking garage is a nightmare! Very difficult to maneuver into the slots. It was bitter cold when we were there but ordinarily I think it is within walking distance of the By-ward and National Gallery.

"The reception people were very nice; the hotel is in a very good location and it is affordable and clean. The room sare relatively large with free high speed internet. However, my bed was not very comfortable. The restaurant food is average. "

I liked the comfort setting on the beds. I could not find the ice machine. There was no fridge in the room. The only problem was that there was a sign for wending machines on the floor on was on and there were no vending machines. There was also no ice machine.

Hotel was clean and with in walking distance to restaurants. I requested 2 double beds through the hotel and was given one and a roll away. Room was too small for roll away. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Could walk to mall and restaurants. Whirlpool was not working which was a small inconvenience and the room was too small to accommodate 3 people.

Clean, modern, good location. Small rooms, expensive restaurant, abrupt restaurant staff. Indefinable a hotel for the overnight business traveler, NOT for families especially with children, they are frowned upon by other business guests. Elevators not working 2 of the 3 days, had to walk down 5 flights of stairs with a disabled person, no help at desk. Restaurant staff abrupt and it is very expensive and food not good. Would not stay at this hotel again.

It's convenience to the center of Ottawa. The food. This hotel is good to stay on a budget price. There is virtually no bar or good food. It is near downtown and all restaurants. It is quiet.

Good location, friendly staff, and most impressive-complementary Internet service. Parking could be difficult. It has great location. The staff there are extremely friendly and helpful. The best feature about this four star hotel is they providing complementary Internet services. We are told they are going to upgrade their Ethernet services into wireless (hope it will still be complementary).
