The location was close to large mall and to the Grand Ole Opry. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Car shuttle at a good cost. No microwave nor small refrigerator. Not as nice as the Hyatt, but there were probably other rooms that were nicer if you paid full price.

I went to the Radisson in Nashville with high hopes, having been there in the past while under different managment. But I'm afraid that I have to report that out of the 30 or so hotel rooms I've stayed in this las year, the Radisson Hotel Opryland ranks dead last. The room reservation was not honored. The Staff made it seem like an imposition to work anyone who approached the front desk. The room smelled of mildew. Our room was close to the delivery area and the dumpster. And industrial vehicles pulled through there very loudly all night. I won't make that mistake twice!

The room was only OK except for the tiny bathroom. It was clean but the main complaint was lack of soundproofing in the room.The traffic noise had us frequently checking to see if the window was open. I spoke to someone else who had a room on the inside facing the atrium and they were bothered by noise from meetings in the public areas. Also the entire public areas smelled of chlorine from the pool. We came back to our room late in the morning to find the door left open. The houskeeper said she didn't have a key so she had to have someone come and open several rooms at once so she could get in to clean them.

The front lobby area was beautiful, however the rooms are very old and run down. After we got off the elevator we went down the hall then back outside to your room. The first room we was put in did not have the sleep number bed so we were moved. That room had the sleep number bed , but the rest of the room looked like a flop house room, it smelled like it had been infested with mice and roaches. The furniture was very old and scuffed up. Just not what one would expect for a "three star" hotel. IT WAS NASTY. Maybe the rooms that are inside around the pool are nicer I don't know didn't see them. However when I ask for a refund so we could move to another hotel, the manager [...] was very helpful, she called Orbitz who agreed to the full refund. We moved right up the street to the Holiday Inn Express. Where we got a King suite in a brand new hotel for the same price.

The location. The staff and the room itself it reminded me of an old comfort inn. Upon checking in I told the desk clerk (did not get her name)I requested a king non smoking room, with them you get double beds and there is no changes. The room we received was not only in the back oldest part of the hotel but you had to go through the hotel then to the outside to access the room. The staff made me feel inferior for booking this room.

Hotel was a big letdown. Should have been extremely nice for price but wasn't. Had stayed in a Comfort Inn the night before that was more luxourious. Rooms were clean but small. Very few TV channels. Coffee pot didn't work - called downstairs and they said they were sending one up - that was 45 minutes later. Will never ever stay there again and will not recommend it to anyone. Inside hotel and atrium smelled like chlorine. It was terrible.

My husband & I drove to Nashville from St. John's, Newfoundland Canada in August 2007. The hotel was recommended by friends and it was everything they described and more. The hotel staff were very friendly and the restaurant was great. We were also pleasantly surprised with the complimentary transportation to and from Grand Ole Opry, General Jackson Show Boat, etc. We enjoyed our stay very much and plan on returning to Nashville in 2009 with four other couple.

We found the hotel to be very nice and clean. It has a very nice atrium, but our room opened to the outside. We were there only for an over night stay, but I would definitely stay there again. We were disappointed that it did not have a complimentary breakfast, but there were nice restaurants very close.

Very overpriced for the room quality, could have done better at Motel 8. The room felt damp, ventilation is poor. Very minimal cable service. Inside rooms are are subjected to strong chlorine smell from indoor pool.D.

Facility is smoke free, but rooms still stink. Called the front desk asking for a different room and they never called back. Price is outrageous for what is offered. Would never stay again and intend to get out of this hotel before the end of our stay in Nashville.

The location and amminities of the hotel could not have been better. Yes, there was a swimming pool smell in parts of the hotel, but we had an outside room that removed us from that. The location enabled us to tour the Opryland Hotel with courtesy shuttle service. We also were not far from the downtown area and attractions. It was a great holiday getaway!

Great location and indoor swimming pool. Bathroom was very small. We were just passing through Nashville and this was a great place to stay for the evening. The hotel atmosphere and swimming pool was great. The hotel staff were very friendly.

very nice pool and hot tub, whenever there were 5 people in the hottub, we did not go in. There was not enough room. They should think about making a 2nd hot tub where the baby wading pool is. The sleep number beds were horrible. I did not sleep more than 3 hours a nite and by the time we were ready to get in the car for our 8 hour drive home, my back was killing me. I recommend maybe having 1 sleep number bed in each room and a regular bed as well. We had an outside room that faced the Opryland Hotel, it was noisy from the highway being right there.

Very nice desk clerks and excellent location. Outside entrance of our room but still not bad. This hotel is a perfect alternative to the Opryland Hotel. It is considered part of the resort complex, had free shuttle to Opryland hotel and Opry Mills mall. Desk clerks were very nice. Downside is this is an older hotel with indoor pool open in the atrium (think noise and chlorine smell), so all rooms either open to the pool area or outside.

The hotel staff was very nice and personable. The room was clean and nice. The only thing was that the sleep number bed didn't work so it wasn't very comfortable. All in all, it was a great location--walking distance to OpryLand Resort, OpryMills and Grand Old Opry and we had some great food close by. The drive to downtown was smooth,a quick.
