My husband and I had an excellent stay. The staff was friendly and courteous and I really liked the area by the pool. The restaurant/sportsbar was very good and gave us very healthy servings of food. We really enjoyed playing with the sleep numbers bed and we also liked being close to Bayshore. We are planning on visiting there again soon, with the rest of our family.

It was a great location, just off the expressway. Our room was right next to the pool, which made for some noise. But the staff and room were very nice. The Sleep Number beds were very nice!

Location andfacilities. Heating and Cooling systems. Very good andwould recommend to friends and family.

This was our first visit to Milwaukee. Rooms need overhaul. To be fair this hotel was just taken over by Radisson. Night shift crew are not capable of handling this hotel. 2-night stay, BOTH nights we were disturbed in the middle of the night by banging on our door. Too noisy at night. Day duty manager was excellent in responding to our complaint. If Radisson is reading this review contact me I will give you her name. She should be near the top of the management chain in your organization. Unfortunately we will not stay there again.

This is our 2nd visit to this hotel. The front desk staff are very friendly. The hallway past the pool to our room smelled of smoke. Room was very nice. Had difficulty getting comfortable in the sleep number bed. Bed linens had a stale odor, needed some linen freshener. The bartender was very hospitable and aiming to please. I would stay here again.

Our hotel room was spacious and clean. The hotel was in a great area close to where we wanted to be. Nothing. This hotel was perfect for a short getaway for our family of four. We had a relaxing time in the pool and the room was spacious for us all.

Friendly workers, very courteous. They really had bed bugs and Michelle was very rude to my wife and would not own up to it. The hotel was fine until my daughters face broke-out. We found out from the doctor that it was definately bed bugs. Then my wife started scratching and saw the doctor and she said the same thing. We contacted the hotel to inform them and Staff was very rude to my wife. In short, I will not stay there again.

I called to see if I could get a room with 2 beds and they were very accommodating. Neighbors were a little noisy. The room size was nice and large. Hotel has sleep number beds. The pool/spa area was very clean and nice.

Very friendly staff. No free breakfast. A short drive North of downtown Milwaukee and the UW-Milwaukee campus. Comfortable sleep number beds, a pool and whirlpool, very friendly staff and reasonably priced vending machine goods. While we didn't partake of the room service or dining choices they appeared to be priced fairly ($6-12). Easy to get to right off Interstate 45, but not so close that you hear the highway at night. Bayshore Mall and other shopping options are less than a mile away. Will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Nice room. Horrible location, no DVD or Pay per View movie, Smoking in lobby.

Convenient location with many shops and restaurants nearby. Loud highway. This hotel is conveniently located just north of Milwaukee with easy access to downtown, the lake and shopping. They have a very friendly, accommodating staff. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

I liked the overall cleanliness of the hotel and room. I cannot think of anything I did not like about it. For the short stay I was there, the room was great. Very soundproof and usually the noise of the HVAC equipment going on and off will wake me up, but not this time. Huge advantage!

Nice facility. Clean, quiet and good location. They put us on a non-highway side. Nice hotel in a good location. Friendly and accomodating. Clean, nice rooms and amenities. Liked the fitness room and the pool.

The restaurant was terrible, slow and smoky - really a bar. Adequate but not wonderful or even good - served the purpose.

Easy access to Milwaukee. Convenient local businesses. Traffic noise in rooms on west side.

The staff went out of their way to make the experience positive. Especially the night clerk. The room does not stand up to the quality normally associated with a three star hotel.

The Comfort bed was great! The thermostat seemed a little quirky and intermittently clicked on and off at times. The location wasn't as close to stores, restaurants as I would have liked. It was still fine; I just had to find my way around a little bit and drive for maybe 2 miles. The in-hotel restaurant food was decent, though we only had breakfast there, so I can't comment on all the meals/offerings. The bed was great. All in all, no complaints.

Beds are sleep number and very comfortable. Location. Can't think of anything. Great location, close to shopping and a short drive to downtown. Casual sports bar and fine dining in hotel. Coffee/sub/chinese/grocery shops within a block. Atrium has lots of light and is split between a large seating area and the pool/hot tub. Is a great place to relax or access the free internet.
