My adult niece and I stayed there to be closer to a university at which she had an interview. We were only at the hotel in the evening, for breakfast and for a couple of hours while I waited for her. The Sleep Number beds were a great source of entertainment :). We took advantage of the wireless internet for which we were very grateful. The complimentary full breakfast was tasty and made our one-night stay a good value.

Rooms were great, breakfast excellent for a buffet. Very old in most common areas. Needs updating.

Outdated, dingy rooms. Under partial renovation and some services may be unavalilable (pool, fitness center, etc.) Cleaning service starts too early on weekend mornings (8:30) with loud door slamming and too much laughter & loud talk in the hallways that prevents guests from sleeping late. Only positives - comfortable beds, very nice front desk and restaurant staff.

I was very disappointed in this hotel. I picked it as it looked so nice. Room was rather dinghy, no sleep # bed as advertised. Nothing special about it at all. NOT Radisson quality. Also - imagine our surprise when another guest opened our door late at night! Lucky we had the slide lock on...mgmt said they were trying to figure out how it happened but we never heard again.

the hotel is next to several nice places to eat and they gave me a pass to go down the street to a fitness center. the room was good and they have tons of cable channels

Clean, pleasant and helpful employees, recently remodeled, and nice layout. The sleep number mattresses. Absolutely horrid mattresses. The hotel is clean, modern and in a good location, but the highly touted sleep number mattresses gave me 2 of the worst nights sleep I've ever had at a hotel. The first night was spent dealing with the control to adjust the mattress, but a satisfactory setting was not to be found. I like to go to be and not have to fiddle with a mattress to find my perfect setting. The second night was better, but only because I decided not to try to find a perfect setting and just concentrated on trying to sleep. Even the usual maids didn't help.

Outstanding customer service skills from the entire staff. Room were very comforting and front desk called to ask if everything was to my standard ad wanted to make sure I was pleased with everything. The only negative thing was the fitness center... not updated..Overall great hotel and would reccommend to anyone!

I had a lovely stay and when I went to get in my car it did not start. I was totally panicked and had no clue who to call on a Sunday morning. The young women at the check-in desk were life saving. They went way out of their to be helpful and actually jumped my car for me. I cannot tell how kind and generous the staff was. They repeatly let me use the phone and one young woman actually went and got her personal vehicle and helped jump my car. I will be a customer for life. This young woman (I wish I remembed her name, I'm so sorry I don't) is the perfect employee and a first rate example of a young person. I was so panicked about the position I was in I did not thank her properly. She deserves so much thanks for being a outstanding person. The hotel was lovely and I did have no one single complaint. I am a vegetarian and had lots of things to choose from at the breakfast buffet and the staff was charming. The jazz band outside was wonderful and what a lovely romantic evening my boyfriend and I had.

The theme the activities, Breakfast buffet and staff. It was well suited for my granddaughter. How far I had to walk to get ice. I felt this hotel was everything they stated it was. My granddaughter [who is 8] was drawn to the castle theme. We enjoyed all the activities they offered. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was really quite good. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling with family or business.

We moved to the Radisson after staying at a cheaper hotel somewhere else in Denver. The Radisson had clean rooms, nice hot breakfast, very friendly staff. Had to try out the Sleep Number beds. Traveling with two pre-teens, and they both loved it.

Staff was accommodating, location was near highways. The facility is working hard to become a castle, and even if it is not there yet, the staff works hard to make you feel like royalty.

The Radisson has very nice and helpful employees. Rooms were clean and nicely decorated. Complimentary breakfast was a nice suprise. Overall, a very nice hotel for a decent price.

Room was very nice, comfortable-great beds. Hallways and elevator were dirty and marked up. It was okay, not as nice as other 3 star hotels-needed a facelift, esp. the hallways and elevator which looked dirty, needed to be vacuumed-would say it was a 2-2.5 hotel.

Clean, convenient location, pretty landscaping, decor inside and out. Front desk staff could have been more personable, bathroom door huge and in the way a lot. We were generally very satisfied with this Radisson Grey stone Castle and would stay at it again. Really nice breakfast buffet, very clean dining area, rooms very clean and very comfortable beds.

My room was very quiet. Overall the hotel was in poor state of repair. While not expensive this hotel is not worth the price. This hotel is not well kept up. The bathroom door in the room was difficult to close, which I suppose is a good thing due to the fact the door was permanently locked. The safe in the room did not function properly. The quality of the food was terrible at best. The scrambled eggs only slightly resembled something that may have come from a chicken. The overall lack of class of this hotel was most clearly displayed by the fact that the staff allowed guests to eat in the dining room without footwear. The Radisson company should be embarrassed to have their name on this facility.

Very clean and friendly staff. The food and atmosphere was outstanding. The locks on the room doors (Not only ours) did not work properly. The commode was too low to the floor. The problem with the card key (not only our room). Outside of this small problem, the stay was very nice and comfortable. We were treated like family and felt at home with our accommodations. I will recommend this hotel/motel to anyone and will stay there the next time we are in Denver.

Room was okay, bed comfortable. Arrived late, hotel desk clerk was incompetent. Mediocre at best.
